Projekt vytvoří mezinárodní vědecký tým v čele s KZVP R. Tůmou a bude se zabývat mechanismy fungování velkých makromolekulárních komplexů. Projekt zahrnuje propojení biofyzikálních a strukturních metod a jejich aplikaci na studium fotosyntetických pigmentů, roli RNA v replikace virů a regulaci, mechanismus V(D)J rekombinace, přestavba chromatinu a fungování membránových komplexů. Projekt využije vybudovanou přístrojovou infrastrukturu a rozšíří mezinárodní propojenost a profil centra. a. (Czech)

The project will set up an international scientific team, led by the CTPA R. Tům, and will deal with the mechanisms for the functioning of large macromolecular weight complexes. The project involves linking the biophysical and structural methods and their application to studies on photosynthetic pigments, the role of RNA in replication and regulation, the V (D) J recombination mechanism, the conversion of chromatt and the functioning of membrane complexes. The project will make use of the built instrument infrastructure and expand international connectivity and concentration. (English)
