Firma WR Sp. z o.o. planuje wykorzystać uzyskane wyniki prac badawczych dofinansowanych w ramach działania 1.2 Działalność badawczo - rozwojowa przedsiębiorstw, numer decyzji RPMA.01.02.00-14-5153/16-01 w celu wprowadzenia do produkcji i sprzedaży nowoczesnych elektrycznych pojazdów modułowych. Badania były realizowane przez Politechnikę Warszawską oraz Akademię Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, wykorzystane także będą prace własnego działu konstrukcyjnego firmy WR - wdrożenie wyników pozwoli na zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy, zwiększenie wyników oraz wzrost zatrudnienia. Planujemy wdrożyć do produkcji modułowe pojazdy elektryczne o innowacyjnej budowie modułowej , różnych funkcjonalnościach oraz możliwościach adaptacyjnych ze względu na różne zastosowanie. Produkty WR będą także wyróżniały się w znaczący sposób pod względem wzornictwa. Będą to lekkie pojazdy przeznaczone do transportu osób i towarów. W celu osiągnięcia sukcesu przy sprzedaży tych pojazdów firma WR planuje uruchomić nową linię produkcyjną, optymalny proces produkcyjny, w ramach którego w celu osiągnięcia właściwego poziomu jakości produkcji oraz kosztów niezbędne jest zakupienie odpowiednich urządzeń. Firma WR planuje zakup nowoczesnej tokarki sterowanej numerycznie, która umożliwi szybką produkcję bardzo dokładnych części toczonych, kolejną maszyną uzupełniającą cykl produkcyjny będzie frezarka sterowana numerycznie - umożliwi ona produkcję elementów wymagających frezowania. Planujemy także zakup innowacyjnego szybkiego lasera w technologii fiber. Maszyny te ze względu na swoją dokładność produkcji zapewnią wysoką jakość, powtarzalność i trwałość naszym produktom. . Firma posiada doświadczenie w realizacji projektów inwestycyjnych finansowanych z UE. Zakres interwencji wpisuje się zarówno w obszary związane z Inteligentnymi Specjalizacjami dla woj. Mazowieckiego jak również wspiera obszary kluczowe dla rozwoju gospodarki Regionu. (Polish)

The company WR Sp. z o.o. plans to use the results obtained from the research activities to be funded under measure 1.2 — R & D activities of enterprises, Decision number RPMA.01.02.00-14-5153/16-01 to introduce in the production and sale of modern electric modular vehicles. The studies were carried out by the Warsaw University of Technology and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and the work of the company’s own business unit for the implementation of the results will increase the company’s competitiveness, increase performance and increase employment. We plan to implement modular electric vehicles for the production of modular electric vehicles with innovative modular construction, different functionalities and adaptive capacity due to different uses. The products of the WR will also be distinguished in a significant way in terms of design. These will be light vehicles for the transport of persons and goods. In order to be successful on the sale of these vehicles, the firm of the WR will launch a new production line, the optimal production process, which requires appropriate equipment to be purchased with a view to achieving an appropriate level of production quality and costs. The company is planning to purchase a modern numerical control machine which will allow the rapid production of very precise, very precise parts of the pending machine, the new supplementary production cycle will be numerically controlled — it will make it possible to produce components requiring milling. We are also planning to purchase innovative fast laser technology. These machines, given their accuracy of production, will ensure the quality, repeatability and durability of our products. THIS IS THE CASE. The company has experience with the implementation of EU funded investment projects. The scope of intervention is to be found in both the areas of smart specialisation for the region. It also supports the key areas for the development of the economy of the Region. (English)
