Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest wzrost dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych użyteczności publicznej, w grupie 95 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Gminy Kazimierz Dolny do 31.12.2021 r. Grupę docelową stanowi 95 osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Żyrzyn i Gminy Kazimierz Dolny. Są to: - dzieci i młodzież w wieku 6 -16 lat pochodzące z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym - 50 os. - rodzice i prawni opiekunowie dzieci pochodzących z rodzin wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. - 45 os. Projekt zakłada rozwój różnych form wsparcia rodziny w gminie wiejskiej województwa lubelskiego, w której zidentyfikowano brak takich usług wsparcia ZADANIA: 1. ROZWÓJ PLACÓWEK WSPARCIA DZIENNEGO NA TERENIE POWIATU PUŁAWSKIEGO w ramach którego utworzona zostanie na terenie Gminy Żyrzyn 1 Świetlica Środowiskowa w Zagrodach (20 miejsc) oraz na terenie Gminy Kazimierz Dolny w Kazimierzu Dolnym (20 miejsc) - 40 nowych miejsc. ROZSZERZENIE DZIAŁALNOŚCI MIĘDZYGMINNEGO PUNKTU KONSULTACYJNO-DORADCZEGO O GMINĘ KAZIMIERZ DOLNY w ramach działania Punktu rodziny objęte projektem będą mogły skorzystać z bezpłatnych spotkań z psychologiem, 2 terapeutami, mediatorem rodzinnym oraz prawnikiem. Zaplanowane w projekcie kompleksowe działania na rzecz rozwoju systemu wsparcia rodziny przyczynią się do podniesienia jakości usług społecznych oraz ograniczenia jednej z istotnych barier jaką jest wykluczenie z dostępu do podstawowych usług publicznych warunkujących możliwości rozwojowe osobom wykluczonym, bądź zagrożonym ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, zwłaszcza osobom starszym, niepełnosprawnym i niesamodzielnym, wzrostu liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality social services of general interest, within a group of 95 people excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the town of Zyrzyn and Kazimierz Dolny up to 31.12.2021. the target group is 95 people who are excluded or are at risk of poverty and social exclusion from the town of Żyrzyn and Kazimierz Dolny. These are: Children and young people aged 6-16 coming from families excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion — 50. Parents and legal guardians of children from families excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion — 45 persons The project involves the development of different forms of family support in the rural municipality of Lubelskie, which identified the absence of such support services: 1. The development of the PLACÓWEK OF SUPPORT FOR THE PLACE OF THE SUMP (20 seats) and in the municipality of Kazimierz Dolny in Kazimierz Dolny (20 seats) — 40 new seats. (KRILL. SPEC.1) 2. The extension of consultative/advisory activities to the “consultative/municipal council” of the municipality Kazimierz lower municipality within the framework of the point of the family covered by the project will be able to receive free meetings with a psychologist, 2 therapists, family mediator and a lawyer. The comprehensive measures planned in the project for the development of the family support scheme will help to improve the quality of social services and reduce one of the significant barriers to exclusion from access to essential public services that are preconditions for the development of people who are excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, in particular elderly people, disabled persons and dependants, and the increase in the number of social services.
