Projekt realizowany w mieście Ełk, na obszarze „Śródmieście-centrum” – wyznaczonym do rewitalizacji w ramach ZIT. Projekt został uwzględniony w Programie Rewitalizacji Ełku na lata 2016-2023 , jako projekt podstawowy nr 46 Renowacja zabytkowego budynku kościoła oraz otoczenia. Miejsce realizacji inwestycji objęte jest Miejskim Planem Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego, zwanego ‘EŁK-ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE”. Przedmiotowa inwestycja będzie zlokalizowana na działkach nr: 388, 380, 373/3, 373/49, których właścicielem jest Zbór Kościoła Chrześcijan Baptystów w Ełku oraz Gmina Miasto Ełk (dla działki nr 388, na której użytkowanie Wnioskodawca posiada zgodę). Projekt zakłada zrealizowanie następujących zadań inwestycyjnych: 1. Adaptacja i modernizacja budynku zborowego na Chrześcijańskie Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny wraz z montażem windy oraz zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia, wpływającego na unowocześnienie obiektu, 2. Renowacja elewacji zabytkowego budynku kościoła (prace konserwatorsko-remontowe elewacji ceglanej kościoła wpisanego do rejestru zabytków), 3. Wymiana ogrodzenia posesji, 4. Utworzenie placu zabaw, 5. Wykonanie iluminacji kościoła. Projekt posiada pozwolenie na budowę, opr. dok. tech., wymagane dok. środowiskowe. Realizacja projektu V.2017-V.2019 r. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, Działanie 8.3 Rewitalizacja miejskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego Ełku – ZIT bis. Działania ujęte w projekcie odpowiadają dwóm typom projektów przewidzianych do wsparcia. Projekt realizuje cel szczegółowy z SzOOP dla działania 8.3: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Projekt komplementarny do proj. społ. Razem przeciw wykluczeniu społecznemu (schemat A) (projekt pdst. nr 15, złożony do dofinans. w ramach EFS). Projekt uwzględnia limity i ograniczenia w realizacji projektów. (Polish)

A project carried out in Ełk in the city of Ełk in the area of ‘Centre — Centre Centre’ — designated for regeneration under an ITI. The project was included in the -2023 Realisation Programme for the period 2016-, as core project No 46 on the renovation of the historic building of the Church and the environment. The place where the investment is carried out is covered by the Urban Planning Plan, called ‘ŁK-MEDIUM-SIZCIE’. The investment will be located on parcels No: 388, 380, 373/3, 373/49, held by the City of Ełk in Ełk and the Municipality of Ełk (for plot No 388 for which the applicant has consent). The project involves carrying out the following investment tasks: 1. Adaptation and modernisation of the Eastman Building on the Christian Centre for Family Assistance together with the installation of the lift and the purchase of the necessary equipment, which will affect the upgrading of the site, 2. Renovation of the façade of the historic building of the Church (works of maintenance of the façade of a church in the register of historic monuments), 3. Exchange of fencing, 4. The creation of a playground, 5. Construction of church illumination. The project is in possession of a building permit, on the one hand, on the other hand, and which is required for environmental protection. Implementation of project V.2017-V.2019. the project is part of the establishment of the ROP WiM, Measure 8.3 Regeneration of the urban functional area Ełk — ZIT bis. The actions included in the project correspond to the two types of projects foreseen for support. The project pursues a specific objective with the OOP for Action 8.3: Improved quality of life for communities living in problem areas. Project complementary to social exclusion Acting together against social exclusion (scheme A) (draft letter No 15, submitted for the ESF). The draft shall take into account the limits and limitations of the implementation of the projects. (English)
