LECZNICA ZWIERZĄT DANIEL CIEŚLA

Celem projektu jest wyposażenie laboratoriów immunologicznego i laboratorium hodowli komórkowych, następnie opracowanie nowych usług weterynaryjnych w zakresie terapii zindywidualizowanych. W szczególności dotyczy zastosowania autologicznych komórek macierzystych, oraz autologicznych komórek namnożonych w warunkach In vitro i późniejszej donacji pacjentowi w określone miejsca organizmu. Komórki te mają naprawiać lub zastępować chore tkanki. Kolejna grupa usług będzie oparta o terapie zmodyfikowanymi pozaustrojowo komórkami układu immunologicznego, głównie limfocytami T i immunoplazmaferezą. Realizacja projektu jest trzy etapowa. Pierwszy etap to zakup aparatury badawczej, drugi to wdrożenie metod w skali laboratoryjnej i ich doskonalenie oraz sprawdzanie bezpieczeństwa terapii. Trzecia faza to wdrożenie opracowanych i sprawdzonych procedur do praktyki terapeutycznej i ich komercjalizacja. Założenia modelowe i wstępne obserwacje prowadzone wcześniej przy okazji innych badań są bardzo obiecujące. Plan badań jest dokładnie opracowany i przygotowany przez Wnioskodawcę. Część badań zostanie przeprowadzonych we współpracy z Instytutem Zootechniki w Balicach. Oprócz współpracy naukowej Wnioskodawca będzie mógł skorzystać z infrastruktury badawczej wymienionych ośrodków w zakresie kariotypowania i cytometrii przepływowej. Wyniki badań cząstkowych zostaną opublikowane w formie prac naukowych i doniesień. Sprzedaż nowych usług będzie oparta o współpracę z innymi klinikami i lecznicami weterynaryjnymi. Leczenie komórkami, nowoczesna immunoterapia oraz przygotowywanie terapii dla konkretnego pacjenta to najszybciej rozwijające się dziedziny medycyny. Jest to przyszłość w leczeniu onkologicznym i medycynie regeneracyjnej. Dzięki realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wzbogaci swoją ofertę o produkty unikalne w skali kraju. Wszystkie inwestycje w ramach dofinansowania projektu dotyczą wyłącznie aparatury badawczej. (Polish)

The project aims at equipping the immune laboratories and the mobile laboratory, subsequently developing new veterinary services in the field of personalised medicine. In particular, it concerns the use of autologous stem cells, and autologous cells amplified in accordance with the conditions of In vitro and subsequent donning to the patient at a specified body location. These cells are intended to repair or replace diseased tissues. Another group of services will be based on the therapies for extracorporeal cells of the immune system, mainly T and immunoplasmic lymphocytes. The project is carried out in three phases. The first stage is the purchase of research equipment, the second is the implementation of methods in laboratory scale and the improvement thereof, and the screening of medical interventions. The third phase is the implementation of developed and tried and tested procedures for and commercialisation of therapeutic practice. The modelling assumptions and preliminary observations made earlier on the occasion of other studies are very promising. The research plan is well developed and prepared by the Applicant. Part of the studies will be carried out in cooperation with the Institute of Zootechnics in Balice. In addition to the scientific cooperation, the applicant will be able to benefit from the research infrastructure of these flow centres. The results of the partial tests will be published in the form of scientific work and reports. The sale of new services will be based on cooperation with other veterinary clinics and areas. Treatment of cells, modern immunotherapy and the preparation of therapy for a particular patient are the fastest growing areas of medicine. It is a future for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. Thanks to the project, the applicant will enrich its offer with unique products in the country. All investments in the project grant relate exclusively to the research apparatus. (English)
