Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu do oferty kulturalno - artystyczno – edukacyjnej dla wszystkich mieszkańców gminy Teresin oraz turystów. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną następujące działania: ? - remont i adaptacja z przebudową istniejących pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na klub dyskusyjny, integrację międzypokoleniową, spotkania Seniorów, warsztaty plastyczne, filmowe; ? - wybranie ziemi spod tarasu, w celu utworzenia pomieszczenia kina; ? - utworzenie nad salą kinową tarasu, na którym w okresie letnim planuje się wstawiać scenę zrobioną na wymiar; ? - adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń na parterze: na bibliotekę, herbaciarnię z funkcją poczekalni i czytelni, salę multimedialną, kasę biletową, pomieszczenia magazynowe, oraz toalety; ? - dostosowanie klatek schodowych do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, poprzez instalacje platformy; ? - adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń na poddaszu na salki włosko-polskie, kotłownię, pomieszczenie socjalne, oraz magazyny; ? wymiana drzwi i okien; ? - modernizacja instalacji sanitarnych (wstawienie pompy ciepła powietrznej skojarzonej z fotowoltaiką oraz wstawieniem kotła gazowego) oraz odgromowych; ? - remont komina oraz dachu; ? - docieplenie dachu oraz ścian zewnętrznych; • zakup trwałego wyposażenia do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej, w tym edukacji artystycznej i zachowaniu dziedzictwa i zwiększeniu dostępności do jego zasobów w przebudowywanych pomieszczeniach ? - zagospodarowanie terenu poprzez urządzenie zieleni oraz urządzenie placu przed budynkiem dworca: • plac z mobilnymi siedziskami oraz stelażami na czasowe wernisaże; • mała architektura; • zieleń w pojemnikach oraz zieleń izolacyjna; • zaprojektowanie oświetlenia placu oraz podświetlenia budynku; • wkomponowanie istniejącego pomnika w projektowany plac ; • usytuowanie miejsc parkingowych na pobliskich działkach. Inwestycja skierowana zostanie w infrastrukturę trwałą. Ponadto przyczyni się ona do zachowania dziedzictwa i zwiększenia (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase access to cultural and artistic education for all residents of the municipality of Teresian and tourists. The following activities will be carried out as part of the project: ? Renovation and adaptation to the renovation of existing rooms for club discussion, inter-generational integration, senior citizens’ meetings, workshops, film workshops; ? To select the ground from the terrace, to form a cinema room; ? Creation of a terrace theatre where the stage is planned to be taken into account in the summer; ? Adaptation of existing premises on the ground floor: a library, a tea house with a waiting room and a reading room, a media room, a ticket shop, a storage facility, and a toilet facility; ? — adapt the stairwells to the needs of persons with disabilities through the installation of platforms; ? — the adaptation of the existing premises to the Italian-Polish windows, the boiler, the social room, and the storage facilities; Replacement of doors and windows; ? Upgrading of sanitary facilities (to be inserted by means of an air heat pump with a photovoltaic installation and at a gas boiler) and by the lightning protection; ? Renovation of the chimney and roof; ? Insulation of the roof and external walls; • the purchase of sustainable equipment for cultural activities, including artistic education and heritage conservation, and the increase in the availability of its resources in overcrowded facilities? — land management through a green house and equipment for the site in front of the station building: • the use of mobile seats and traineeships for the time slots; • small architecture; • green in containers and insulating green; • the design of the lighting of the square and the lighting of the building; • composing the existing monument in the design of the beach; • the location of parking places on the surrounding parcels. The investment will be directed to a permanent infrastructure. In addition, it will contribute to heritage conservation and enhancement (English)
