Przedmiotem projektu jest przygotowanie ponad 12 ha terenów inwestycyjnych typu brownfield w centrum Jury Krakowsko – Częstochowskiej w gminie Ogrodzieniec - teren po byłej cementowni. Zakres planowanych w ramach projektu prac obejmuje: 1.Prace rozbiórkowe: - nieczynnej infrastruktury sieciowej - kanalizacja deszczowa i sanitarna, wodociągowa, gazowa, ciepłownicza, elektryczna i teletechniczna, - pozostałości po zabudowaniach byłej cementowi, 2.Wycinkę zieleni – wycinka drzew 418 szt., mechaniczne karczowanie, oczyszczanie terenu, 3.Budowę sieci kanalizacji deszczowej, sanitarnej i wodociągowej, sieci elektroenergetycznej i teletechnicznej, 4.Budowę wewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej oraz włączenia do drogi publicznej. 5.Promocję terenów inwestycyjnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi: kompleksowe uzbrojenie terenu inwestycyjnego w rejonie ul. Kościuszki co przyczyni się do nadania nowych funkcji gospodarczych obszaru oraz ulepszenie warunków dla rozwoju sektora MŚP . (Polish)

The project involves the preparation of more than 12 ha of the investment sites of the brownfield type in the centre of Jury Krakowo — Częstochowa in the municipality of Ogrodziec — land after the former cement plant. The scope of the project activities shall include: 1.Demolition: — non-active network infrastructure — rain and water drainage, water, gas, heating, electrical and telecommunications, — residues from building blocks, 2. green cuts — tree felling of 418 fish, mechanical grubbing-up, site clearance, 3.Construction of storm water, sanitary and water systems, electricity and telecommunications networks, 4.Construction of internal communication infrastructure and integration into the public road. 5.Promotion of investment sites. The project will result in: comprehensive weapons of the investment site in the area ul. The Kościuszki will contribute to the new economic functions of the area and improve the conditions for the development of the SME sector. (English)
