Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo rozwojowych - mających na celu stworzenie narzędzia wspierającego proces zarządzania nieruchomościami wielolokalowymi. Rezultatem projektu będzie platforma udostępniana klientom online, umożliwiająca przede wszystkim optymalizowanie dostaw mediów do nieruchomości (energia elektryczna, woda) w celu lepszego gospodarowania tymi zasobami oraz obniżenie kosztów zaopatrzenia nieruchomości w media, co wprost przełoży się na niższe opłaty dla właścicieli poszczególnych lokali. W projekcie planowane są badania zużycia mediów w nieruchomości badawczej, dzięki którym możliwe będzie opracowanie modeli i algorytmów zużycia energii elektrycznej i wody opisujących zależności miedzy ich zużyciem a zmiennymi czynnikami, w tym m. in. porą roku, dnia, tygodnia, wielkością lokali i liczbą mieszkańców, stanem nieruchomości, itp. Dzięki automatycznemu przesyłaniu danych z liczników pomiarowych system pomoże również wykryć różnego rodzaje anomalie np. awarie. Kolejną ważną funkcjonalnością tworzonego systemu będzie możliwość automatycznego prowadzenia nadzoru właścicielskiego nad lokalami znajdującymi się w nieruchomości, dzięki wykorzystaniu danych pochodzących z Elektronicznej Księgi Wieczystej – publicznego rejestru prowadzonego przez Ministerstwo Sprawiedliwości. Pozwoli to odciążyć osoby zajmujące się administrowaniem daną nieruchomością oraz zapewni aktualną wiedzę o stanie własnościowym, co jest niezbędne w procesie zarządzania nieruchomościami wielolokalowymi. System będzie bezpieczny, skalowalny i posiadać będzie elastyczną architekturę. Platforma będzie przeznaczona dla zarządców nieruchomości, wspólnot i spółdzielni mieszkaniowych. (Polish)

Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to carry out research and development activities aimed at providing a tool to support the management of multiproperty properties.The project will result in a platform made available to online customers, in particular to optimise the supply of real estate (electricity, water) for better management of these resources and to lower the cost of providing real property in the media, resulting in lower fees for owners of different premises.The project intends to study the use of media in a research building in order to develop models and algorithms for electricity and water consumption describing the correlation between their consumption and variable factors, including, inter alia, the portion of the year, the day, the week, the size of the premises and the number of inhabitants, the state of the property, etc.The system will also help to detect different types of anomalies, such as failures, through the automatic transmission of data from measuring meters.Another important functionality of the system to be created will be the possibility to automatically carry out ownership supervision over premises located in real estate, by using data from the Electronic Communications of Vienna & ll;the public register kept by the Ministry of Justice.This will help to alleviate the pressure on those responsible for the administration of the property and provide up-to-date knowledge of the ownership that is necessary for the management of multiproperty properties.The system will be safe, scalable and flexible.The platform will be designed for real estate managers, housing associations and housing associations.
