W projekcie zostaną podjęte działania w ramach badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych, mające na celu otrzymanie w skróconym okresie czasu nowych środków produkcji, strategicznych z punktu widzenia polskiego rolnictwa, czyli odmian gatunków zbóż, wśród których dominującym jest pszenica ozima, a także forma jara i ozima jęczmienia oraz roślin strączkowych grubonasiennych (groch siewny, łubin wąskolistny i łubin żółty) stanowiących ważną rolę w zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego kraju i alternatywnego źródła białka dla transgenicznej soi. Nowe odmiany będą charakteryzowały się wyższymi zdolnościami przystosowawczymi do zmieniającego się klimatu, zwiększoną odpornością na patogeny i agrofagi oraz zwiększoną wartością użytkową dla użytkowników, a więc rolników, przemysłu spożywczego i przemysłu paszowego. Kluczową innowacją w projekcie będzie rejestracja w Krajowym Rejestrze prowadzonym przez Centralny Ośrodek Badania Odmian Roślin Uprawnych co najmniej 6 nowoczesnych odmian rolniczych roślin hodowanych, które zostaną wprowadzone przez Wnioskodawcę na rynek. Nowe produkty będą nośnikiem postępu biologicznego. Dodatkowo Wnioskodawca w ramach własnego laboratorium kultur in vitro oraz laboratorium molekularnego opracuje innowacyjne procedury pozwalające na skrócenie czasu trwania programów hodowlanych w poszczególnych gatunkach. Uzyskane wyniki projektu będą podstawą dla Wnioskodawcy do: - rozpoczęcia wytwarzania i sprzedaży nowych produktów (elitarny i kwalifikowany materiał siewny dla uzyskanych, zarejestrowanych odmian), - udzielania licencji na korzystanie z praw do uzyskanych, zarejestrowanych odmian podmiotom profesjonalnie zajmującym się produkcją i sprzedażą kwalifikowanego materiału siewnego. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. The project will take action in the framework of industrial research and development work to obtain new production measures for a shorter period of time, strategically from the point of view of Polish agriculture, i.e. varieties of cereal species, among which wheat winter is the dominant, as well as the form of jara, winter barley and pulses (pea, blue lupin and yellow lupin) as an important part of ensuring the food security of the country and of the alternative protein source for soya.The new varieties will be characterised by higher adaptability to changing climate, increased resistance to pathogens and pests and increased use value for users, i.e. farmers, food industry and feed industry.A key innovation in the project will be the registration in the National Register kept by the Central Centre for the Testing of Varieties of Plant Variety Rights at least 6 modern agricultural varieties of plant varieties, which will be introduced by the Applicant on the market.New products will be the vehicle for biological progress.In addition, the Applicant in its own culture laboratory in vitro and the molecular laboratory will develop innovative procedures to reduce the duration of breeding programmes in the different species.The results obtained will provide the basis for the Applicant to:— the commencement of production and sales of new products (basic seed and certified seed for registered varieties), the granting of licences for the exploitation of the rights of registered varieties to professionals engaged in the production and sale of certified seed, Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (Dz.(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014); (English)
