Projekt žadatele Charita Valašské Meziříčí je zaměřen na zvýšení kapacity a transparentnosti žadatele a profesionalizace jeho zaměstnanců. Během projektu bude 23 osobám z CS poskytnuta podpora v oblasti strategie org. a řízení, fundraising a financování, marketing a PR, rozvoj lidských zdrojů formou odborných konzultací a vzdělávání ve věcných oblastech 1- 4 (podle výzvy 031). Celkově bude mít projekt dopad na cca 120 pracovníků žadatele. (Czech)

The project of the applicant Charita Valašské Meziříčí is aimed at increasing the capacity and transparency of the applicant and professionalising its staff. During the project, 23 persons from the CB will receive support in the area of strategy and management, fundraising and PR, human resources development through expert consultations and education in substantive areas 1-4 (under call 031). Overall, the project will have an impact on around 120 applicants. (English)
