Projekt se zaměřuje na pomoc a podporu rodinám dlouhodobě nebo opakovaně zařazených do evidence OSPOD. Stěžejní aktivitou projektu je sestavit a realizovat program, který pomůže rodičům posílit jejich rodičovské kompetence a zplnomocnit je v jejich rodičovské roli. Do programu budou zapojeni rodiče se svými dětmi, které jsou ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. V rámci dalších aktivit bude podpořena dostupnost služeb nutných k podpoře dalších rodin a profesní rozvoj pracovníků OSPOD na území kraje. (Czech)

The project aims at assisting and supporting families on a long-term or recurrent basis. The flagship activity of the project is to draw up and implement a programme to help parents strengthen their parental competences and empower them in their parental role. Parents with their children who are at risk of social exclusion will be included in the programme. Further activities will be supported by the availability of services necessary to support other families and the professional development of OSPOD personnel in the region. (English)
