Projekt řeší zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností budovy SOŠ Jarov - Učňovská č.p 1 (parc.č. 84/14) v MČ Praha 9 (dle KN památkově chráněné území), a to zateplením obvodového pláště a soklů (3252 m2), střechy (2697,5 m2), výměnou starých oken a dveří (51 m2) a instalaci nuceného větrání s rekuperací tak, aby došlo k výrazným úsporám energie na vytápění a ke zlepšení vnitřního mikroklimatu školy.Po realizaci se budova zařadí do kategorie C - VYHOVUJÍCÍ. The project addresses the improvement of the thermal properties of the building SOŠ Jarosv — Učňská č. 1 (plot No 84/14) in Prague 9 (as listed in the CN) in Prague (as listed in the CN), the opening of the building envelope and sculptures (3 252 m²), the roof (2 697.5 m²), the replacement of old windows and doors (51 m²) and the installation of a forced ventilation system with recuperation in order to deliver significant energy savings for heating and to improve the indoor climate of kindergartens. after implementation, the building will be classified in category C — OFF.
