Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup dodatkowego sprzętu i wyposażenia dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Połańcu będącej w Krajowym Systemie Ratowniczo – Gaśniczym. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Połaniec (woj. świętokrzyskie). Głównym założeniem realizacji przedmiotowego projektu jest skuteczne zapobieganie potencjalnym zagrożeniom, w tym ochrona życia ludzkiego, ochrona dobra materialnego mieszkańców, jak i ograniczenie negatywnych skutków na środowisko naturalne. W celu usprawnienia akcji ratowniczych w ramach projektu planuje się zakup samochodu ratowniczo - gaśniczego oraz dodatkowego sprzętu i wyposażenia specjalistycznego dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Połańcu. Celem szczegółowym projektu jest: poprawa wyposażenia OSP, odmłodzenie taboru wozów bojowych OSP, sprofesjonalizowanie OSP, poprawa bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców, poprawa warunków pracy strażaków, podniesienie roli i znaczenia OSP wśród społeczeństwa, zachęcenie do ochotniczej służby w OSP. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z potrzeb w zakresie zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa zarówno mieszkańcom jak i środowisku. Pomimo dobrze wyszkolonych strażaków, którzy systematycznie podnoszą swoje umiejętności i kwalifikacje, istniejące braki w zakresie dostępności do nowoczesnego sprzętu specjalistycznego nie zawsze pozwalają na sprawne wykonywanie zadań. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celami szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla Osi priorytetowej 4. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 "Dziedzictwo naturalne i kulturowe" oraz celem działania 4.1 "Przeciwdziałanie skutkom klęsk żywiołowych oraz usuwanie ich skutków". The subject of this project is the purchase of additional equipment and equipment for the Volunteer Fire Service unit in Połaniec, which is in the National Rescue and Extinguishing System. The project will be implemented in the commune of Połaniec (Świetokrzyskie voivodeship). The main objective of this project is to effectively prevent potential risks, including the protection of human life, the protection of the material well-being of residents, and the reduction of negative environmental impacts. In order to improve rescue operations, the project plans to purchase a rescue and fire-extinguishing car and additional equipment and specialised equipment for the Volunteer Fire Service unit in Połaniec. The specific objective of the project is to: improving the equipment of TSOs, rejuvenating the rolling stock of TSOs, professionalising TSOs, improving the safety of residents, improving the working conditions of firefighters, increasing the role and importance of TSOs among the public, encouraging voluntary service in the TSO. The need to implement the project stems from the need to ensure safety for both residents and the environment. Despite well-trained firefighters who systematically improve their skills and qualifications, existing accessibility gaps to modern specialist equipment do not always allow for efficient performance of tasks. The objective of the project is in line with the specific objectives for Priority Axis 4. RPOWS 2014-2020 “Natural and Cultural Heritage” and the objective of Action 4.1 “To counteract and eliminate the effects of natural disasters”. Ce projet a pour objet l’achat de matériel et d’équipement supplémentaires pour l’unité des services d’incendie volontaires de Polaniec, qui fait partie du Système national de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Połaniec (Voïvodie de Swietokrzyskie). Le principal objectif de ce projet est de prévenir efficacement les risques potentiels, y compris la protection de la vie humaine, la protection du bien-être matériel des résidents et la réduction des effets négatifs sur l’environnement. Afin d’améliorer les opérations de sauvetage, le projet prévoit d’acheter une voiture de sauvetage et de lutte contre l’incendie ainsi que des équipements supplémentaires et des équipements spécialisés pour l’unité des services d’incendie volontaires à Połaniec. L’objectif spécifique du projet est de: amélioration des équipements des GRT, rajeunissement des véhicules de combat des GRT, professionnalisation des GRT, amélioration de la sécurité des résidents, amélioration des conditions de travail des pompiers, renforcement du rôle et de l’importance des GRT dans la société, encouragement du service volontaire au sein du GRT. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet est due à la nécessité d’assurer la sécurité des résidents et de l’environnement. Malgré des pompiers bien formés qui améliorent systématiquement leurs compétences et leurs qualifications, les lacunes existantes dans la disponibilité d’équipements spécialisés modernes ne permettent pas toujours l’exécution efficace des tâches. L’objectif du projet est conforme aux objectifs spécifiques fixés pour l’axe prioritaire 4. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 «Patrimoine naturel et culturel» et l’objectif de l’action 4.1 «Prévenir les effets des catastrophes naturelles et en récupérer les effets». Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist der Erwerb zusätzlicher Ausrüstung und Ausrüstung für die Freiwilligen Feuerwehreinheit in Polaniec, die Teil des nationalen Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungssystems ist. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Połaniec (Woiwodschaft Swietokrzyskie) durchgeführt. Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, potenzielle Risiken wirksam zu verhindern, einschließlich des Schutzes des menschlichen Lebens, des Schutzes des materiellen Wohlergehens der Anwohner und der Verringerung negativer Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt. Zur Verbesserung der Rettungseinsätze plant das Projekt den Kauf eines Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungswagens sowie zusätzliche Ausrüstung und Spezialausrüstung für die Freiwilligen Feuerwehreinheit in Połaniec. Das spezifische Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, Verbesserung der Ausrüstung der ÜNB, Verjüngung der Kampffahrzeuge der ÜNB, Professionalisierung der ÜNB, Verbesserung der Sicherheit der Anwohner, Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen von Feuerwehrleuten, Steigerung der Rolle und Bedeutung der ÜNB in der Gesellschaft, Förderung des Freiwilligendienstes im ÜNB. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist auf die Notwendigkeit zurückzuführen, die Sicherheit sowohl für die Bewohner als auch für die Umwelt zu gewährleisten. Trotz gut ausgebildeter Feuerwehrleute, die ihre Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen systematisch verbessern, lassen die bestehenden Mängel bei der Verfügbarkeit moderner Spezialausrüstungen nicht immer eine effiziente Ausführung der Aufgaben zu. Das Ziel des Projekts steht im Einklang mit den spezifischen Zielen, die für die Prioritätsachse 4 festgelegt wurden. Het onderwerp van dit project is de aankoop van extra apparatuur en uitrusting voor de vrijwillige brandweerdienst in Polaniec, die deel uitmaakt van het nationale reddings- en brandbestrijdingssysteem. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de gemeente Połaniec (het woiwodschap Swietokrzyskie). De belangrijkste doelstelling van dit project is het effectief voorkomen van potentiële risico’s, waaronder de bescherming van het menselijk leven, de bescherming van het materiële welzijn van bewoners en de vermindering van de negatieve effecten op het milieu. Om de reddingsoperaties te verbeteren, is het project van plan een reddings- en brandbestrijdingsauto aan te schaffen, alsmede extra uitrusting en gespecialiseerde uitrusting voor de vrijwillige brandweerdienst in Połaniec. Oggetto di questo progetto è l'acquisto di attrezzature e attrezzature supplementari per l'Unità dei Vigili del Fuoco Voluntary di Polaniec, che fa parte del sistema nazionale di soccorso e lotta antincendio. Il progetto sarà attuato nel comune di Połaniec (Vovodato della Svizzera). L'obiettivo principale di questo progetto è prevenire efficacemente i rischi potenziali, tra cui la protezione della vita umana, la protezione del benessere materiale dei residenti e la riduzione degli effetti negativi sull'ambiente. Al fine di migliorare le operazioni di salvataggio, il progetto prevede l'acquisto di un'autovettura di soccorso e antincendio, nonché di attrezzature supplementari e di attrezzature specializzate per l'unità di servizio volontario del fuoco di Połaniec. El objeto de este proyecto es la compra de equipo y equipo adicional para la Unidad de Servicio Voluntario de Bomberos de Polaniec, que forma parte del Sistema Nacional de Rescate y Lucha contra Incendios. El proyecto se ejecutará en el municipio de Połaniec (Voivodato de Swietokrzyskie). El objetivo principal de este proyecto es prevenir eficazmente los riesgos potenciales, incluida la protección de la vida humana, la protección del bienestar material de los residentes y la reducción de los efectos negativos sobre el medio ambiente. Con el fin de mejorar las operaciones de rescate, el proyecto tiene previsto adquirir un vehículo de rescate y extinción de incendios, así como equipo adicional y equipo especializado para la Unidad de Servicio Voluntario de Bomberos de Połaniec.
