POWIAT GOLUBSKO-DOBRZYŃSKI

Projekt przewiduje udział 414 uczniów oraz 20 nauczycieli w różnych formach kształcenia mających podnieść kwalifikacje oraz kompetencje wymagane na rynku pracy do 09.2023 r. Będzie realizowany na terenie powiatu golubsko-dobrzyńskiego we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. W kształceniu wezmą udział uczniowie trzech Branżowych Szkół I Stopnia (w tym jednej specjalnej) oraz dwóch techników ( ZS nr 2 Golub-Dobrzyń i ZS Kowalewo Pomorskie), a także Szkoły Specjalnej Przysposabiającej do Pracy (działającej w ramach ZS nr 3 w Golubiu-Dobrzyniu).Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie obejmuje:- doradztwo zawodowe indywidualne oraz grupowe dla uczniów wszystkich szkół,- udział w wyjazdach zawodoznawczych związanych z profilem kształcenia,- organizację zajęć praktycznych- studyjnych w zakładach pracy,- organizację zajęć umożliwiających uzyskanie dodatkowych kwalifikacji/kompetencji związanych z zawodem,- organizację zajęć umożliwiających nabycie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych,- adaptację pomieszczeń na nowe pracownie oraz wyposażenie/doposażenie międzyszkolnych pracowni zawodowych,- organizację staży zarówno dla uczniów, jak i nauczycieli zawodu,- szkolenia dla nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego,- studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli zawodu.Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie wraz z zakupem wyposażenia zostało skonsultowane z przedstawicielami przedsiębiorców działających na terenie powiatu golubsko-dobrzyńskiego oraz wpisuje się w trendy związane z zatrudnieniem specjalistów z zawodów objętych projektem na terenie woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego i powiatu golubsko-dobrzyńskiego zgodnie ze wskazaniami „Barometra zawodów”. The project foresees the participation of 414 pupils and 20 teachers in various forms of education aimed at improving the qualifications and competences required on the labour market by 09.2023. It will be implemented in the Golubsko-Dobrzyński district in cooperation with the socio-economic environment.
