The project addresses the problem of lowering the quality of teaching and emotional and social disorders among students of Primary School No. 3 and Primary School No. 5 in Strzelin, caused by the COVID-19 epidemic and long-term remote learning.The project is based on the results of the diagnosis of needs carried out at Primary School No 3 in Strzelin and Primary School No 5 in Strzelin.The project includes support for 344 pupils (including 156 OJs and 188 CH) and concerns the raising of key competences in additional classes and stimulating development through specialised activities for students with special educational and development needs, as well as an increase in the key skills and skills of the project. 288 students(135 Dz.153 Ch) out of 320 pupils (150Dz.170 CH) covered by additional classes in the field of key competences, reducing educational and development deficits in 24 students(6 OJs 18 CH) with special educational and development needs by carrying out specialised classes at Public Primary School No 3 in Strzelin and Public Primary School No 5 in Strzelin by 31.12.2022.By the implementation of the project, permanent results/effects of m.in:wzrost will be achieved by 288 pupils (135dz,153). The applicant declares that in VII 2021 a diagnosis of educational needs was carried out, which was approved by the governing body on 14.VII.2021 and the planned activities in the project correspond to the needs identified therein.The project contains at least the type of project 10.2.A and complies with the provisions of the Rules of the Competition for possible forms of support within project types 10.2.A, 10.2.D, 10.2.E.     Projekt odpowiada na problem obniżenia jakości nauczania oraz zaburzeń emocjolnalnych i społecznych wśród uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 oraz Szkoły Podstawowej nr 5 w Strzelinie, spowodowany epidemią Covid-19 i długotrwałą nauką zdalną.Projekt opracowano na podstawie wyników diagnozy potrzeb przeprowadzonej w Szkole Podstawowej nr 3 w Strzelinie oraz Szkole Podstawowej nr 5 w Strzelinie.Projekt obejmuje wsparciem 344 uczniów (w tym 156 Dz i 188 Ch) oraz dotyczy podnoszenia kompetencji kluczowych na zajęciach dodatkowych i stymulowania rozwoju dzięki zajęciom specjalistycznym dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi i rozwojowymi.Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u 90 % uczniów tj. 288 ucz( 135 Dz,153 Ch) spośród 320 uczniów (150Dz,170 Ch) objętych zajęciami dodatkowymi w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych, niwelowanie deficytów edukacyjnych i rozwojowych u 24 ucz(6 Dz, 18 CH) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi i rozwojowymi poprzez realizację zajęć specjalistycznych w Publicznej Szkole Podstawowej nr 3 w Strzelinie oraz w Publicznej Szkole Podstawowej nr 5 w Strzelinie w terminie do 31.12.2022 r.Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte trwałe rezultaty/ efekty m.in:wzrost wiedzy i podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych przez 288 uczniów (135dz,153ch).Grupa docelowa to:uczniowie: 344 ucz.(156 Dz,188 Ch) objęci projektem z SP nr 3 i SP nr 5 w Strzelinie.Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że w VII 2021 r. przeprowadzono diagnozę potrzeb edukacyjnych, która została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący 14.VII.2021 r, a zaplanowane działania w projekcie odpowiadają na potrzeby w niej zidentyfikowane.Projekt zawiera co najmniej typ projektu 10.2.A i jest zgodny z zapisami Regulaminu konkursu w zakresie możliwych do realizacji form wsparcia w ramach typów projektów 10.2.A, 10.2.D, 10.2.E.
