The main objective of the project is to raise students’ key competences, appropriate attitudes and skills in the labour market and to reduce deficits in pupils with special educational needs, including pupils with disabilities.The main objective of the project stems directly from the diagnosis carried out at the supported school (and approved by the host body), which clearly identifies pupils’ problems and difficulties caused by the COVID-19 outbreak and long-term remote learning.The design assumptions are a response to the factors identified in the diagnosis and lead to the problem of pupils and to countering the effects of the classes in the field of education and development in the field of COVID-19. As part of the project, additional developing key companies will be conducted (foreign, mathematician and nature, etc., one-day and multi-day educational trips) as well as specialised classes (biofeedback, speech therapy, correction and compensation, social skills training) and didactic-compensation classes also developing key competences (foreign, mathematics, polonistic) for children from SPE.Project activities will be carried out in the area of the region of the region. The result of the project will be to increase key competences and the right attitudes and skills on the labour market in 90 % of students supported, i.e. 117 pers. (56 days and 61 years), including the reduction of deficits in 21 students from the SPE (6 days and 15 years, i.e. 100 % of pupils covered by the prjek) from a city-rural school in the municipality of Milicz. The project will be implemented in the period 04.04.2022-31.03.2023. The implementation of the project activities is a response to problems arising from the diagnosis of educational needs (revision in the first half of Poland). 2021) in the context of counteracting the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak among pupils.     Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezdbędnych na rynku pracy oraz zniwelowanie deficytów u uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi,w tym uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami.Cel główny projektu wynika bezpośrednio z diagnozy przeprowadzonej w szkole objętem wsparciem (i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący),w której jednoznacznie wskazane są problemy i trudności uczniów spowodowane epidemią choroby COVID-19 i długotrwałą nauką zdalną.Założenia projektowe są odpowiedzią na czynniki wskazane w diagnozie i prowadzą do zniwelowania problemów uczniów i przeciwdziałania skutkom w zakresie braków edukacyjnych i rozwojowych spowodowanych pandemią COVID-19.Projekt skierowany jest do 130 uczniów (62 dz. i 68 chł.) Społecznej Szkoły Podstawowej im.Astrid Lindgren w Miliczu,realizujących kształcenie w klasach I-VIII, w tym do 21 uczniów (6 dz. i 15 chł.) ze SPE. W ramach projektu prowadzone będą zaj. dodatkowe rozwijajace komp. kluczowe (j.obcy, zaj.matematyczno-przyrodnicze, zaj.TIK, wyjazdy edukacyjne jednodniowe i kilkudniowe) oraz zajęcia specjalistyczne (biofeedback, logopedyczne,korekcyjno-kompensacyjne,trening umiejętności społecznych) i zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze również rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe (j.obcy,matematyka, zaj. polonistyczne) dla dzieci z SPE.Działania proj. realizowane będą na obszarze woj.doln. Efektem projektu będzie podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u 90% uczniów objętych wsparciem tj. 117 os.(56 dz. i 61 chł.), w tym zniwelowania deficytów u 21 uczniów z SPE (6 dz. i 15 chł. tj. 100% uczniów objętych prjektem) ze szkoły miejsko-wiejskiej w gminie Milicz. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 04.04.2022-31.03.2023. Realizacja działań projektowych jest odpowiedzią na problemy wynikające z diagnozy potrzeb edukacyjnych (przepr. w I poł. 2021) w kontekście przeciwdziałania wśród uczniów skutkom epidemii COVID-19.
