The project will be implemented in a period of 20 months, i.e. from November 2021 to June 2023. Main objective of the project: comprehensive socio-professional or social activation of 66 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the Oświęcim District. The selection of the Target Group was determined on the basis of the diagnosis of the situation carried out by the beneficiary’s employees in 2019 by analysing the reasons for using the support of PCPR clients in Oświęcim and an analysis of the environmental situation in the district. The project assumes a greater number of women, as a response to equalising barriers and gender inequalities in the activated area. As part of the project, the following actions are planned: Identification of individual needs and potentials of the participant, realisation of support within the framework of active integration through the implementation of comprehensive activities in the field of socio-professional activation of project participants, implementation of social work for project participants, implementation of professional activation in cooperation with specialised entities in the form of a public task order — in case of diagnosed needs. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 20 miesięcy tj. od listopada 2021 roku do czerwca 2023 roku. Cel główny projektu: kompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa lub tylko społeczna 66 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym na terenie Powiatu Oświęcimskiego. Wybór Grupy Docelowej określony został na podstawie diagnozy sytuacji przeprowadzonej przez pracowników beneficjenta w roku 2019 poprzez analizę powodów korzystania ze wsparcia klientów PCPR w Oświęcimiu oraz analizę sytuacji środowiskowej na terenie powiatu. Projekt zakłada większy udział liczbowy kobiet, jest to odpowiedź na wyrównywanie barier i nierówności płci na aktywizowanym obszarze. W ramach projektu planowana jest realizacja następujących działań: Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjałów uczestnika, Realizacja wsparcia w ramach aktywnej integracji poprzez realizację kompleksowych działań z zakresu aktywizacji społeczno – zawodowej uczestników projektu, realizacja pracy o charakterze socjalnym na rzecz uczestników projektu, realizacja aktywizacji zawodowej przy współpracy z wyspecjalizowanymi podmiotami w formie zlecenia zadania publicznego – w przypadku zdiagnozowanych potrzeb.
