The main objective of the project implemented by the governing body of the Radosne Heart Association in Sułkowice during the period 01.01.202230.06.2023 is: uptake of childcare up to 3 years to allow for reintegration into the labour market, maintaining employment or finding a job for 14 13K, 1M caring for children up to 3 years old, residing or working in communes: urban and rural Sułkowice through the following activities:1. The creation of 14 permanent m. care for children under 3 years, including 2 for children with disabilities; 2. Ensuring the day-to-day functioning of newly created m. care by 16 m.ca; The implementation of the project results from the diagnosis carried out in the thematic area, will make it possible to achieve the goal of detail. Priority Axis 8 Labour Market Measures 8.5 Support for combining work and private life Increase the employment level of those who perform childcare functions. improving the situation of GD14 people will return to the labour market and maintain employment or actively seek employment. Celem głównym proj. realizowanego przez organ prowadzący Niepubliczny Żłobek Radosne Serce w Sułkowicach Stowarzyszenie Radosne Serce w okresie 01.01.202230.06.2023r. jest: upowszechnienie opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, aby umożliwić powrót na rynek pracy, utrzymanie zatrudnienia lub znalezienie pracy 14 osobom 13K, 1M sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, zamieszkującym lub pracującym na obszarze gmin: miejskiej i wiejskiej Sułkowice poprzez następujące działania:1. Utworzenie 14 trwałych m. opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym 2 dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami; 2. Zapewnienie przez 16 mcy bieżącego funkcjonowania nowo utworzonych m.opieki;Realizacja proj. wynika z przeprowadzonej w ww obszarze tematycznym diagnozy, umożliwi osiągnięcie celu szczegół. Osi Priorytetowej 8 Rynek Pracy Działania 8.5 Wsparcie na rzecz łączenia życia zawodowego z prywatnym Zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi.REZULTAT: poprawa sytuacji GD14 osób powróci na rynek pracyutrzyma zatrudnienie lub będzie aktywnie poszukiwać pracy.
