Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej i poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez poprawę parametrów energetycznych 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej: (kościoła w Bonisławiu oraz kościoła w Lelicach) zlokalizowanych na terenie gminy Gozdowo, powiatu sierpeckiego. Projekt ma na celu głęboką termomodernizację oraz daleko idącą poprawę efektywności energetycznej obydwu budynków 2 budynkach użyteczności publicznej: 1) budynek nr 1: Kościół parafialny w Bonisławiu (stopień poprawy efektywności energetycznej - 99,65 %), 2) budynek nr 2: Kościół filialny w Lelicach (stopień poprawy efektywności energetycznej - 99,67 %). Łącznie oszczędność pierwotnej energii cieplnej dla całego projektu wynosi: 415,70 GJ/r, natomiast pierwotnej energii elektrycznej 40,52 Mwh/r. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie zredukowana emisja CO2 o 99,52 %. Zakres prac inwestycyjnych określono na podst. audytów energetycznych, wykonanych przez Mazowiecką Agencję Energetyczną. Projekt obejmuje kompleksowe działania termomodernizacyjne, w tym docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropów i dachów obiektów, wymianę okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, wymianę opraw oświetleniowych na energooszczędne, modernizację systemów grzewczych oraz ciepłej wody użytkowej, likwidację kotłowni olejowej i węglowej, budowę instalacji odnawialnych źródeł energii (2 elektrycznych powietrznych pomp ciepła, 2 instalacji ogniw fotowoltaicznych). Budynki objęte projektem zostały zbudowane w 2 połowie XX w., nie są wpisane do rejestru zabytków dlatego też nie jest wymagane pozwolenie konserwatorskie a zakres prac został szczegółowo określony w dołączonym do niniejszego wniosku Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym. Wszystkie budynki znajdują się na obszarze subregionu OSI płocko-ciechanowskiego. Projekt wpisuje się w politykę rozwoju opisaną w SRWM do 2030 r., mającą na celu wsparcie m.in. OSI płocko-ciechanowskiego. (Polish)

The subject of the project is to increase energy efficiency and improve air quality by improving the energy parameters of 2 public buildings: (the Church in Bonisław and the church in Lelice) located in the commune of Gozdowo, Sierpecki district. The project aims at deep thermal modernisation and a far-reaching improvement of the energy efficiency of the two buildings of 2 public buildings: 1) Building 1: Parish church in Bonisław (degree of energy efficiency improvement — 99.65 %), 2) building no 2: The branch church in Lelicach (the degree of energy efficiency improvement — 99.67 %). In total, the primary thermal energy savings for the entire project are: 415.70 GJ/y, while primary electricity 40.52 Mwh/y. The project will reduce CO2 emissions by 99.52 %. The scope of investment works was defined on the basis of energy audits carried out by the Mazowiecki Energy Agency. The project includes comprehensive thermomodernisation activities, including insulation of external walls, ceilings and roofs of facilities, replacement of windows and external doors, replacement of lighting fixtures for energy-saving energy, modernisation of heating systems and hot water, decommissioning of oil and coal boilers, construction of renewable energy sources installations (2 electric air heat pumps, 2 installations of photovoltaic cells). The buildings covered by the project were built in the 2nd half of the 20th century, are not entered in the register of monuments, therefore no conservation permit is required and the scope of works is specified in the functional and use programme attached to this application. All buildings are located in the area of the Płock-Ciechanowski OSI subregion. The project is part of the development policy described in the SRWM until 2030, aimed at supporting, among others, the project. The Płock-Ciechanowski axis. (English)
