    Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost w okresie 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022 kwalifikacji i kompetencji w zakresie umiejętności cyfrowych i/lub języków obcych u min. 70% uczestników z grupy 178 osób (89K i 89M) dorosłych, pracujących mieszkańców subregionu centralnego województwa śląskiego z grup defaworyzowanych czyli wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną i największe potrzeby w dostępie do edukacji. Grupa docelowa: 178 dorosłych, pracujących mieszkańców subregionu centralnego woj. śląskiego z grup defaworyzowanych Rezultaty: 70%UP w tym 60% uczestników zaliczających się do grupy „osób o niskich kwalifikacjach” oraz "po 50 roku życia" uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu (uzyska certyfikat zewnętrzny) Działania: -realizacja szkoleń językowych -realizacja szkoleń IT -formalne potwierdzenie kompetencji/kwalifikacji (Polish)

    The main objective of the project is to increase in the period 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 qualifications and competences in the field of digital skills and/or foreign languages among at least 70 % of participants from the group of 178 people (89K and 89M) of adults working in the subregion of the central Silesian Voivodeship from disadvantaged groups, i.e. showing the largest competence gap and the greatest needs in access to education. Target group: 178 adults, working residents of the Central Silesian Voivodeship from disadvantaged groups Results: 70 % of the PUPs, of which 60 % of participants belonging to the group “low-qualified persons” and “after the age of 50” will be qualified or will acquire competences after leaving the program (obtains an external certificate) implementation of language trainings -implementation of IT training — formal confirmation of competences/qualifications (English)
