The main objective of the project is to diversify the activities and revenues and increase the competitiveness of the Applicant’s enterprise, by expanding and developing the packaging capacity and transferring production activities to the premises of the Applicant, who has so far dealt with the final labelling and wholesale of products and the modernisation and reconstruction of the existing online store. The infrastructure purchased thanks to the implementation of the project (machines and equipment) will be used by the Applicant to expand and diversify its own product offer dedicated to sales to individual customers, which is currently an alternative source of income for the Applicant. It will improve and improve the quality of the production process and introduce products in new packaging to the offer. The target group to which the Applicant will direct their products will be women aged 25-39, living in cities, shopping cosmetics through e-commerce, interested in health, taking care of beauty, looking for natural cosmetics, produced with care for the natural environment. A more modern distribution channel in the form of a modernised, user-friendly online store in two language versions will allow the Applicant to acquire new customers, i.e. primarily individual customers. Thanks to the introduction of additional marketing activities, it will be possible to expand the group of the Applicant’s customers with retail customers, including foreign customers. (English) | |||

Główny cel projektu to zdywersyfikowanie działalności i przychodów oraz wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy, poprzez poszerzenie i rozwój możliwości konfekcyjnych i przeniesienie działalności produkcyjnych do siedziby Wnioskodawcy, który dotychczasowo zajmował się ostatecznym etykietowaniem i sprzedażą hurtową produktów oraz unowocześnienie i przebudowę istniejącego sklepu internetowego. Zakupiona dzięki realizacji projektu infrastruktura (maszyny i urządzenia), wykorzystywana będzie przez Wnioskodawcę do poszerzenia i urozmaicenia własnej oferty produktowej dedykowanej do sprzedaży dla klientów indywidualnych, co stanowi obecnie alternatywne źródło dochodów Wnioskodawcy. Umożliwi ona usprawnienie i podniesienie jakości realizowanego procesu produkcyjnego oraz wprowadzenie do oferty produktów w nowych opakowaniach. Grupą docelową, do której Wnioskodawca skieruje swoje produkty, będą kobiety w wieku 25-39 lat, mieszkające w miastach, realizujące zakupy kosmetyków poprzez e-commerce, interesujące się zdrowiem, troszczące się o urodę, poszukujące naturalnych kosmetyków, produkowanych z troską o środowisko naturalne. Nowocześniejszy kanał dystrybucji w postaci zmodernizowanego, przyjaznego użytkownikowi sklepu internetowego w dwóch wersjach językowych, pozwoli Wnioskodawcy na pozyskanie nowych klientów tj. przede wszystkim klientów indywidualnych. Dzięki wprowadzeniu dodatkowych działań marketingowych możliwe będzie poszerzenie grona klientów Wnioskodawcy o odbiorców detalicznych, również zagranicznych. (Polish)
