The subject of the project is the implementation of its own technology of production of a universal aluminium trailer with a maximum permissible weight of up to 5 tonnes. The project uses the results of its own research and development, carried out between April 2020 and September 2020. The new technology was created in response to market needs. The aim of the project is to: a) increasing the competitiveness of the Applicant by implementing a new technology and product. b) reducing emissions of pollutants into the environment. The implementation of the project requires, above all, the purchase of fixed assets, which, thanks to the proper completion, setting, retrofitting and use of properly selected materials, will enable the production of a new product. In addition, the Applicant plans to build a production and warehouse hall, as the planned machines will not fit into the currently owned hall. The project is groundbreaking due to the technology planned to be implemented and the resulting products — there is no assembly kit of a universal aluminium trailer with a maximum permissible weight of up to 5 tonnes on the market. The innovative technology of the production of such a trailer will make existing products obsolete and uncompetitive. The products planned for production will directly affect the further development of the transport industry, for which a new product is dedicated. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie własnej technologii produkcji uniwersalnej przyczepy aluminiowej o dopuszczalnej masie całkowitej do 5 ton. Projekt wykorzystuje wyniki własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, zrealizowanych w okresie od kwietnia 2020 do września 2020. Nowa technologia powstała w odpowiedzi na potrzeby rynkowe. Celem realizacji projektu jest: a) podniesienie konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy poprzez wdrożenie nowej technologii i produktu. b) ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do środowiska. Realizacja projektu wymaga przede wszystkim zakupu środków trwałych, które dzięki odpowiedniemu skompletowaniu, ustawieniu, doposażeniu i wykorzystaniu na nich odpowiednio dobranych materiałów, umożliwią produkcję nowego produktu. Ponadto Wnioskodawca planuje budowę hali produkcyjno-magazynowej, ponieważ planowane maszyny nie zmieszczą się w obecnie posiadanej hali. Projekt ma charakter przełomowy ze względu na planowaną do wdrożenia technologię i powstałe dzięki temu produkty - na rynku nie występuje zestaw montażowy uniwersalnej przyczepy aluminiowej o dopuszczalnej masie całkowitej do 5 ton. Innowacyjna technologia produkcji takiej przyczepy sprawi, że dotychczasowe produkty staną się przestarzałe i niekonkurencyjne. Planowane do wytwarzania produkty wpłyną bezpośrednio na dalszy rozwój branży transportowej, dla których dedykowany jest nowy produkt. (Polish)
