The aim of the project is to implement its own innovative technology for the production of expansion polystyrene with the use of mineral flame retardant additives. This will be possible by introducing additives modifying the combustion process of the material into the Styrofoam die. The final result of the EPS styrofoam project with increased properties: — Euroclass D-s1, d0; — prolonged fire spread time, — high mechanical strength, — no harmful antipyrene substances — HBCD, — addition of micronised calcium sulphate CaSo4. The result of the project is intended for the construction market: — individual investors, — institutional investors — construction entrepreneurs, developers. Thanks to the implementation of the developed technology, and thus the introduction of innovative and ground-breaking products to the market, we will to a large extent stand out from the competition, as well as gain a reliable and stable position on the market. By introducing EPS styrofoam with increased fire resistance parameters to the offer, we will also gain a chance to increase sales revenues, which will undoubtedly translate into financial benefits, as well as to increase the economic efficiency of our company. The implementation of this project will be the next step towards achieving the assumed strategic objectives of ZIB PROJEKT. The project has a business rationale, and the cost-effectiveness of implementation is due to the popularity of safe construction and the need to increase the fire parameters of materials, which customers expect, as well as legislation. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie własnej, nowatorskiej technologii dotyczącej wytwarzania polistyrenu ekspandowego z zastosowaniem mineralnych dodatków obniżających palność. Będzie to możliwe poprzez wprowadzenie do matrycy styropianu dodatków modyfikujących proces spalania materiału. Finalnym rezultatem projektu styropian EPS o podwyższonych właściwościach: - Euroklasa D-s1, d0; - wydłużony czas rozprzestrzeniania się ognia, - wysoka wytrzymałość mechaniczna, - brak szkodliwych substancji antypirenowych - HBCD, - dodatek zmikronizowanego siarczanu wapnia CaSo4. Rezultat projektu jest przeznaczony na rynek budowlany: - inwestorzy indywidualni, - inwestorzy instytucjonalni - przedsiębiorcy budowlani, deweloperzy. Dzięki wdrożeniu opracowanej technologii, a co za tym idzie wprowadzeniu innowacyjnych i przełomowych produktów na rynek, w znacznym stopniu wyróżnimy się na tle konkurencji, a także uzyskamy pewną i stabilną pozycję na rynku. Poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty styropianu EPS o podwyższonych parametrach odporności ogniowej, zyskamy również szansę na zwiększenie przychodów ze sprzedaży, co bez wątpienia przełoży się na korzyści finansowe, a także na podniesienie wydajności ekonomicznej naszego przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja niniejszego projektu będzie kolejnym krokiem do osiągnięcia założonych celów strategicznych firmy ZIB PROJEKT.
