The aim of the information and promotion activities carried out under the OP MS is to: providing the public with information on projects co-financed by the European Funds under the OPPC, ensuring broad public acceptance for activities carried out under the OPPC, popularisation of digital solutions and dissemination of their use, activation of potential beneficiaries of the future financial perspective in applying for support from the European Funds. In 2022, actions will mainly target final recipients, existing beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of the Programme in the future financial perspective. Actions are planned for potential project participants (final recipients), recipients of results and the general public. In 2022, pro-nabor activities will be implemented and focus will be placed on attracting new beneficiaries and supporting beneficiaries in recruiting participants for projects. Activities are also planned to promote the effects of projects with the POPC. For the implementation of the objectives of the project, information activities implemented mainly through online channels will be used, but also activities such as: co-organisation of external events, participation of CPPC representatives as an expert, panelist, moderator, exhibitor at a promotional stand, PR (media monitoring, sending press notes, contacts with journalists), purchase of information and promotional materials. Celem działań informacyjnych i promocyjnych prowadzonych w ramach PO PC jest: zapewnienie społeczeństwu informacji na temat projektów współfinansowanych z Funduszy Europejskich w ramach POPC, zapewnienie szerokiej akceptacji społecznej dla działań realizowanych w ramach POPC, popularyzacja rozwiązań cyfrowych i upowszechnienie ich wykorzystania, aktywizacja potencjalnych beneficjentów przyszłej perspektywy finansowej w ubieganiu się o wsparcie z Funduszy Europejskich. W 2022 r. działania będą skierowane głównie do odbiorców ostatecznych, dotychczasowych beneficjentów i potencjalnych beneficjentów Programu w przyszłej perspektywie finansowej. Planowane są działania skierowane do potencjalnych uczestników projektów (ostatecznych odbiorców), odbiorców rezultatów i ogółu społeczeństwa. W 2022 r. będą realizowane działania o charakterze pronaborowym, a nacisk w realizowanych działaniach zostanie położony na pozyskiwanie nowych beneficjentów oraz wspieranie beneficjentów w rekrutacji uczestników do projektów. Planowane są również działania dot. promowania efektów projektów z POPC. Dla realizacji celów projektu wykorzystywane będą działania informacyjne realizowane głównie dzięki kanałom internetowym ale również takie działania jak: współorganizacja imprez zewnętrznych, udział przedstawicieli CPPC w roli eksperta, panelisty, moderatora, wystawcy na stoisku promocyjnym, PR (monitoring mediów, wysyłka notatek prasa, kontakty z dziennikarzami), zakup materiałów informacyjno-promocyjnych.
