SA.60012(2020/X) Projekt dotyczy produkcyjnego wdrożenia innowacyjnej na skalę minimum polskiego rynku, udoskonalanej usługi uszlachetniania tkanin będącej efektem samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, świadczonej wraz z usługą prania i serwisu pościeli i odzieży, której rozwiązania technologiczne zostały zgłoszone do ochrony patentowej na wynalazek. Rozwiązanie będące przedmiotem wdrożenia umożliwi podwyższenie jakości usługi prania i serwisu pościeli i odzieży funkcjonującej wraz z usługą uszlachetniania, w postaci uzyskania lepszej jakości bieli tkanin oraz wyższego, szybszego i szerszego poziomu przeciwdrobnoustrojowej ochrony apreturowanego asortymentu tekstylnego, mającego zastosowanie zwłaszcza w obiektach służby zdrowia, hotelach oraz przemyśle spożywczym/ przetwórczym. W celu wdrożenia wyników prac badawczo- rozwojowych do działalności gospodarczej oraz efektywnego świadczenia udoskonalonych usług prania i serwisu pościeli i odzieży w oparciu o te wyniki, niezbędna jest realizacja inwestycji polegającej na nabyciu środków trwałych, stanowiących kompletną linię technologiczną, na którą składają się następujące systemy: • System prania i suszenia – 1 kpl. • System sortowniczo-magazynowy – 1 kpl. • System wykańczalniczy dla części płaskich – 1 kpl. • System wykańczalniczy dla części fasonowych – 1 kpl. • System transportujący – 1 kpl. • System odzysku energii i jej dystrybucji - 1 kpl. SA.60012(2020/X) The project concerns the production implementation of an innovative on a minimum scale of the Polish market, an improved fabric refining service resulting from self-conducted research and development, provided together with the laundry and service of bedding and clothing, the technological solutions of which have been submitted for patent protection for the invention. The solution under implementation will allow to improve the quality of the laundry and service of bedding and clothing operating together with the refining service, in the form of obtaining a better quality of white fabrics and a higher, faster and wider level of antimicrobial protection of the approved textile assortment, applicable in particular in health care facilities, hotels and the food/processing industry. In order to implement the results of R & D work into business activities and to effectively provide improved laundry and service services of bedding and clothing based on these results, it is necessary to implement an investment consisting of the acquisition of fixed assets, constituting a complete technological line consisting of the following systems: • Washing and drying system — 1 pc. • Sorting and storage system — 1 kpl. • Finishing system for flat parts — 1 pc. • Finishing system for cut parts — 1 pp. • Transport system — 1 pp. • Energy recovery and distribution system — 1 pp. (English)
