Chlebomat is an autonomous catering device used to prepare and sell bread and snacks. The machine is designed to allow you to order, pay and pick up freshly baked bread at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The whole process consists of baking pre-prepared bread packaged in a protective atmosphere of MAP. The machine will have reservoirs enabling the storage of several types of bread and snacks, which will allow to diversify the assortment and the possibility of choosing an interesting product by the customer. The selected commodity will be prepared in a tunnel furnace using infrared radiators, thanks to which the whole process will show low energy consumption and short preparation time. In addition, preparing only bread ordered by the customer will minimise the problem of food waste. Ordering bread will be possible remotely via a mobile application, where the user will order the desired products, make a quick payment and set a convenient pick-up date. Thanks to the use of several reception boxes, it will be possible to serve up to 6 customers at the same time. The machine will be fully automated, thanks to which the condition of the trays will be monitored on an ongoing basis and in the case of low stock, report on the necessity of delivery. The existing automatic devices are connected with the complete preparation of a specific product (from the preparation of ingredients to baking). The machine will inform the service about low stock levels, and the server application will plan the delivery and select the optimal route. In addition, the AI algorithm predicts the demand for specific products in a given machine and will enable the selection of stock levels so that the products in the machine do not expire. Constant reporting (descent statistics, demand, best-selling products taking into account the location of devices, etc.) will provide ongoing commercial support to the investor. (English) | |||

Chlebomat to autonomiczne urządzenie gastronomiczne służące do przygotowania i sprzedaży pieczywa i przekąsek. Maszyna ma umożliwiać zamówienie, opłacenie i odebranie świeżo upieczonego pieczywa o dowolnej porze, 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu. Cały proces polega na odpiekaniu wstępnie przygotowanego pieczywa pakowanego w atmosferze ochronnej MAP. Maszyna będzie posiadała zasobniki umożliwiające przechowywanie kilkunastu rodzajów pieczywa i przekąsek, co pozwoli na zróżnicowanie asortymentu oraz możliwość wyboru interesującego towaru przez klienta. Wybrany towar zostanie przygotowany w piecu tunelowym wykorzystującym promienniki podczerwieni, dzięki czemu cały proces będzie wykazywał się niskim zużyciem energii i krótkim czasem przygotowania. Dodatkowo przygotowywanie tylko i wyłącznie pieczywa zamówionego przez klienta, zminimalizuje problem marnowania żywności. Zamówienie pieczywa będzie mogło się odbywać zdalnie poprzez aplikację mobilną, w której użytkownik zamówi żądane produkty, wykona szybką płatność i ustali wygodny mu termin odbioru. Dzięki zastosowaniu kilku skrytek odbiorczych, możliwe będzie jednoczesne obsłużenie nawet 6 klientów. Maszyna będzie w pełni zautomatyzowana, dzięki czemu na bieżąco monitorowany będzie stan zasobników i w przypadku niskich stanów magazynowych, raportować o konieczności dostawy. Istniejące już automatyczne urządzenia związane są całościowym przygotowaniem konkretnego produktu (od przygotowania składników, aż po wypiekanie). Maszyna poinformuje obsługę o niskich stanach magazynowych, a aplikacja serwerowa zaplanuje dostawę oraz dobierze optymalną trasę. Dodatkowo algorytm AI przewidzi zapotrzebowanie na dane produkty w danej maszynie i umożliwi takie dobranie stanów magazynowych, aby produkty w maszynie nie przeterminowały się. Stałe raportowanie (statystyki zejścia, zapotrzebowania, najlepiej sprzedających się produktów z uwzględnieniem lokalizacji urządzeń, itp.) zapewni bieżące wsparcie handlowe inwestorowi. (Polish)
