The project consists of carrying out construction and installation works in the field of deep energy modernisation of the Carina Hotel building, including, in addition to ensuring adequate insulation of opaque partitions, also the exchange of heat source for central heating and hot water in the form of a heat pump, for which the lower source will be a flood located on the applicant’s premises. The project will be supplemented by the installation of a set of photovoltaic panels enabling the production of electricity for the purpose of supplying the pump. As part of the project, the following products will be obtained: 1 company as a result of the support will improve energy efficiency, will be upgraded energy 1 building with usable area heated 1 967.46 m², will be built 1 unit generating electricity from RES generating additional capacity of electricity generation of 0.05 MWe, 1 unit of heat generation from RES generating additional capacity of 0.12 MWt will be built. Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu prac budowlanych i instalacyjnych w zakresie głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynku Hotelu Carina, obejmujących oprócz zapewnienia odpowiedniej izolacyjności przegród nieprzezroczystych również wymianę źródła ciepła dla centralnego ogrzewania oraz ciepłej wody użytkowej w postaci pompy ciepła, dla której dolne źródło stanowić będzie znajdujący się na terenie wnioskodawcy zalew. Przedsięwzięcie uzupełnione zostanie o instalację zestawu paneli fotowoltaicznych umożliwiających produkcję energii elektrycznej na potrzeby zasilania pompy. W ramach realizacji projektu uzyskane zostaną następujące produkty: 1 przedsiębiorstwo w wyniku wsparcia poprawi efektywność energetyczną, zostanie zmodernizowany energetycznie 1 budynek o powierzchni użytkowej ogrzewanej 1967,46 m2, zostanie wybudowana 1 jednostka wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE generująca dodatkową zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej o mocy 0,05 MWe, zostanie wybudowana 1 jednostka wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE generująca dodatkową zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej o mocy 0,12 MWt.
