The project is a response to the problem of a significant number of unemployed among young people, caused by the insufficient link between the educational offer of vocational schools and the needs of the labour market. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 113 students from the Upper Secondary Schools in Chełmża by expanding the educational offer tailored to the requirements of the labour market, developing the qualifications of teachers, equipping the school studios by 30.06.2023. The target group consists of 140 students and students of the Technikum in Chełmża, the Industrial School in Chełmża, the Police School in Chełmża and 40 teachers. Support will be given to young people studying in professions covering regional smart specialisations and in professions justified in the diagnosis of demand prepared by schools and approved by the district as a leading authority. As part of the project, which will be implemented in the period from 01.03.2021 to 30.06.2023, students will be organised extracurricular activities, training courses, educational trips to the university, fairs and student internships. 23 vocational education teachers will benefit from support in the form of postgraduate studies, traineeships and training. In addition, equipment will be purchased for professional studios of the above-mentioned schools.The project will achieve the following indicators: 113 pupils in schools and vocational training institutions who have upgraded, acquired or completed their professional competence after leaving the programme; 36 students who have raised, acquired or completed practical skills after leaving the programme; 3 vocational training schools equipped with the equipment and teaching materials necessary for the implementation of vocational training; 87 students who have acquired key competences or universal skills after leaving the program.The total value of the project is PLN 1 561 800.96, including the own contribution of the district of Toruń 156 180.11 PLN. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na problem znaczącej liczby bezrobotnych wśród młodych osób, spowodowana niedostatecznym powiązaniem oferty edukacyjnej szkół zawodowych z potrzebami rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 113 uczniów z Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Chełmży poprzez dostosowane do wymogów rynku pracy rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej, rozwijanie kwalifikacji nauczycieli, wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych w terminie do 30.06.2023. Grupę docelową stanowi 140 uczniów i słuchaczy Technikum w Chełmży, Branżowej Szkoły I st. w Chełmży, Szkoły Policealnej w Chełmży oraz 40 nauczycieli. Wsparciem objęta zostanie młodzież ucząca się w zawodach obejmujących regionalne inteligentne specjalizacje oraz w zawodach uzasadnionych w diagnozach zapotrzebowania przygotowanych przez szkoły i zatwierdzonych przez powiat jako organ prowadzący. W ramach projektu, który będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.03.2021 do 30.06.2023 r., zorganizowane zostaną dla uczniów zajęcia pozalekcyjne, szkolenia, wyjazdy edukacyjne na wyższą uczelnię, targi i staże uczniowskie. Ze wsparcia w postaci studiów podyplomowych, staży i szkolenia doskonalącego skorzysta 23 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego. Dodatkowo, zakupione zostanie doposażenie dla pracowni zawodowych ww. szkół.W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki: 113 uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego, którzy podnieśli, nabyli lub uzupełnili kompetencje zawodowe po opuszczeniu programu; 36 uczniów, którzy podnieśli, nabyli lub uzupełnili umiejętności praktyczne po opuszczeniu programu; 3 szkoły kształcenia zawodowego doposażonych w sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne niezbędne do realizacji kształcenia zawodowego; 87 uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe lub umiejętności uniwersalne po opuszczeniu programu.Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 1 561 800,96 zł, w tym wkład własny powiatu toruńskiego 156 180,11 zł.
