Projekt jest kontynuacją projektu "Szkoły aktywnych zmysłów" realizowanego w latach 2018-2020 przez Gminę Szubin. Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi, poprzez doposażenie sal do prowadzenia terapii integracji sensorycznej w szkołach Gminy Szubin.Projekt przewiduje: - doposażenie szkół w sprzęt niezbędny do pracy z uczniami ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz uczniami młodszymi; -wsparcie w zakresie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych; - szkolenia dla nauczycieli.W wyniku realizacji projektu powstaną:1. Wskaźnik rezultatu (kluczowe): -Liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: wartość docelowa 7;2. Wskaźnik produktu ( kluczowe): - Liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie: wartość docelowa 7;3. Wskaźniki produktu (specyficzne dla programu – określone w SzOOP): Liczba uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi i uczniów młodszych objętych pracą indywidualną: wartość docelowa 140; Liczba szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wyposażonych lub doposażonych w ramach programu w sprzęt niezbędny do pracy z uczniami ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi oraz uczniami młodszymi: wartość docelowa 7.Grupa docelowa: mieszkańcy Bydgosko -Toruńskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, a w szczególności dzieci w klasach IV-VIII szkół podstawowych z terenu Gminy Szubin oraz nauczyciele, którzy w ramach projektu podwyższą swoje kwalifikacje. Projekt przewiduje: 1. Uruchomienie dodatkowych zajęć: socjoterapeutycznych ; o charakterze terapeutycznym 2. Studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli 3. Zakup doposażenia szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne oraz specjalistyczny sprzęt sal integracji sensorycznej. (Polish)

The project is a continuation of the project “Schools of active senses” implemented in the years 2018-2020 by the Municipality of Szubin. The main objective of the project is to implement the process of individualising work with a student with special development and educational needs, by equipping rooms for conducting sensory integration therapy in schools of Szubin Municipality. — equip schools with the necessary equipment to work with pupils with special educational needs and younger students; support for the individualisation of work with a student with special educational needs; — training for teachers.As a result of the implementation of the project will be created:1. Result indicator (key): —Number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme: target value 7;2. Output indicator (key): — Number of teachers supported by the programme: target value 7;3. Output indicators (programme specific — as defined in the SzOOP): Number of pupils with special development and educational needs and younger students with individual work: target value 140; Number of schools and educational establishments equipped or retrofitted under the programme with the necessary equipment to work with pupils with special development and educational needs and younger students: target value 7.Target group: residents of the Bydgoszcz-Toruń Functional Area, in particular children in classes IV-VIII of elementary schools from the area of Szubin Commune and teachers who will increase their qualifications as part of the project. The project provides for: 1. Launch of additional activities: sociotherapeutic; of therapeutic character 2. Postgraduate studies for teachers 3. Purchase of retrofitting of schools with teaching aids and specialised equipment of sensory integration rooms. (English)
