The main objective of the project is to achieve such a degree of computerisation of administrative and service processes carried out in the enterprise, which will enable efficient and efficient management of the entire resources and ensure the security of processed data both in terms of preventing unauthorised access to them and archiving in a way that ensures that there is no risk of their loss. This will be achieved through the implementation of a coherent IT system in the enterprise, which will allow for the integration of data on the service of guests and ensuring supervision over the use of the company’s assets and the security of recipients and staff. Thanks to the implementation of the project using smart home systems, significant effects will be achieved in the form of reducing electricity consumption — the system will disconnect the power supply in unused guest rooms and many of the most important rooms. Głównym celem projektu jest osiągnięcie takiego stopnia zinformatyzowania procesów administracyjnych i usługowych realizowanych w przedsiębiorstwie, który umożliwi efektywne i sprawne zarządzanie całością zasobów oraz zapewni bezpieczeństwo przetwarzanych danych zarówno w kwestii uniemożliwienia nieautoryzowanego do nich dostępu, jak i zarchiwizowania w sposób zapewniający brak zagrożenia ich utratą. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zaimplementowanie w przedsiębiorstwie spójnego systemu informatycznego, który pozwoli na zintegrowanie danych dotyczących obsługi gości oraz zapewnienia nadzoru nad wykorzystaniem majątku przedsiębiorstwa oraz bezpieczeństwa odbiorców i personelu. Dzięki realizacji projektu z zastosowaniem systemów inteligentnego domu osiągnięte zostaną istotne efekty w postaci ograniczenia zużycia energii elektrycznej– system samodzielnie odłączał będzie zasilanie w nieużywanych pokojach gościnnych i wielu najważniejszych pomieszczeniach.
