The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle in partnership with the Municipal Cultural Centre (MOK) in three sub-areas indicated in the LPR for revitalisation, i.e. Azoty, Center (p. The city center) and the goats. The activities carried out by the Leader will consist of carrying out renovation and modernisation works of three decapitalised sports facilities covered by the investment: 1. The Playground — the so-called. “The Garden of Jordan”, 2. Sports complex Orlik at ul. The treasury, 3. Recreational and sports zone on the wasp. It’s downtown. The project partner, MOK, will be responsible for promoting the project in the above-mentioned sub-areas. The project, on the part of the Leader, responsible for the investment as part of tasks 2 and 3, will be the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre (MOSiR) in K-Koźle. The aim of the project is to create a space enabling the implementation of social projects aimed at residents and the elimination of identified social problems, which will help to activate people living in a given area of revitalisation. It is also important for the local community to have access to basic services or public goods that provide the opportunity to meet the minimum subsistence in a given area. Infrastructure such as sports and recreation complexes, skatepark or playgrounds, due to the sports traditions of the city is crucial. For this reason, it will be used to achieve the objectives of social inclusion, integration of different social groups, poverty reduction, the elimination of negative social factors (alcoholism, drug addiction, violence, armed robbery) and increase employment prospects in the area of revitalisation. Przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie przez Gminę Kędzierzyn-Koźle w partnerstwie z Miejskim Ośrodkiem Kultury (MOK) na trzech podobszarach wskazanych w LPR do rewitalizacji, tj. Azoty, Centrum (os. Śródmieście) i Koźle. Działania, realizowane przez Lidera polegać będą na przeprowadzeniu prac remontowych i modernizacyjnych trzech zdekapitalizowanych obiektów sportowych objętych inwestycją: 1. Placu zabaw - tzw. „Ogródka Jordanowskiego”, 2. Kompleksu sportowego Orlik przy ul. Skarbowej, 3. Strefy rekreacyjno-sportowej na os. Śródmieście. Partner projektu, MOK, odpowiedzialny będzie za promocję projektu na terenie ww. podobszarów. Realizatorem projektu, ze strony Lidera, odpowiedzialnym za inwestycję w ramach zadania nr 2 i 3, będzie Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji (MOSiR) w K-Koźlu. Założeniem przedsięwzięcia jest stworzenie przestrzeni umożliwiającej realizację projektów społecznych skierowanych do mieszkańców oraz wyeliminowanie zidentyfikowanych problemów społecznych, co przyczyni się do zaktywizowania osób zamieszkujących na danym obszarze rewitalizacji. Istotny dla lokalnej społeczności jest również dostęp do podstawowych usług, czy też dóbr publicznych zapewniających możliwość zaspokojenia minimum egzystencji na danym obszarze. Infrastruktura taka jak kompleksy sportowo-rekreacyjne, skatepark czy place zabaw, ze względu na tradycje sportowe miasta jest kluczowa. Z tego powodu będzie ona wykorzystywana do osiągania celów w postaci włączenia społecznego, integracji różnych grup społecznych, redukcji ubóstwa, likwidacji negatywnych czynników społecznych (alkoholizm, narkomania, przemoc, rozboje) oraz zwiększenia perspektyw zatrudnienia na obszarze rewitalizacji.
