The subject of this project is the revitalisation of sports infrastructure in the city of Grodków, i.e. the following 3 sports facilities: — Pitches at PSP No. 1 in Grodków; — Athletics complex; Open zone of activity. As part of the project, the reconstruction of the degraded sports field into a multifunctional field at SP No. 1 in Grodków, adaptation of the degraded space at the Municipal Stadium and training pitch for the use of the athletics complex and adaptation of undeveloped space for the use of the Open Activity Zone. Both construction works and the supply and assembly of the equipment of the above sports infrastructure are foreseen. The project will be implemented in partnership with the Centre for Culture and Recreation in Grodków (okir), which is an organizational unit of the Municipality of Grodów. The implementation of the investment results from the Local Revitalisation Programme of the City of Grodków. The project will be a comprehensive project, contributing to the activation of poor and at risk of social exclusion environments. The sports infrastructure will be complemented by social activities organised on the site of revitalised sports facilities. Products of the project: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities-3pcs; Number of projects where the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities-1pcs are financed; Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas-3 pcs; Area of revitalisation areas-1.05 ha; Open space created or restored in urban areas-10 544 m²; Project share for the area covered by the revitalisation programme-100 %. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest rewitalizacja infrastruktury sportowej na terenie miasta Grodków, tj. następujących 3 obiektów sportowych: - Boiska przy PSP nr 1 w Grodkowie; - Kompleksu lekkoatletycznego; - Otwartej Strefy aktywności. W ramach projektu przewidziano przebudowę zdegradowanego boiska sportowego na boisko wielofunkcyjne przy SP nr 1 w Grodkowie, adaptację zdegradowanej przestrzeni przy Stadionie Miejskim i boisku treningowym na użytek kompleksu lekkoatletycznego oraz adaptację niezagospodarowanej przestrzeni na użytek Otwartej Strefy Aktywności. Przewidziano zarówno wykonanie robót budowlanych, jak i dostawę i montaż wyposażenia powyższej infrastruktury sportowej. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie z Ośrodkiem Kultury i Rekreacji w Grodkowie (OKiR), będącym jednostką organizacyjną Gminy Grodów. Realizacja inwestycji wynika z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta Grodków. Projekt stanowić będzie kompleksowe przedsięwzięcie, przyczyniające się do aktywizacji środowisk ubogich i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Uzupełnieniem do infrastruktury sportowej będą działania społeczne organizowane na terenie zrewitalizowanych obiektów sportowych. Produkty projektu: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami–3szt.; Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowania koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami–1szt.; Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach–3szt.; Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją–1,05ha; Otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich-10544m2; Udział projektu w odniesieniu do obszaru objętego programem rewitalizacji–100%.
