Property / summary
 
The project concerns the 32-bed Unit of Traumatic Surgery, Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. The project is an extension of the project Development of the Krakow Centre for Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics in order to improve the efficiency and organisation of the health care system implemented from the funds of the ROP. It is reasonable to continue the development of the hospital with a modern, increasing standard and safety epidemiological and sanitary infrastructure of the ward as a base necessary for the newly built part including, among others. 3 intensive surveillance beds and 4 observation beds at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy. In the era of the COVID19 pandemic, the investment takes into account the increase of the hospital’s potential in this area, by creating 5 septic rooms with special locks in accordance with the standard of the infectious unit and the possibility of adapting the remaining rooms of the entire branch to the covid ward in a short time, in addition the functional communication neighbourhood of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy. It is important that the building is independent enough to meet the criteria of the infectious ward for patients. The investment in the context of the COVID19 pandemic enables the hospital to quickly and comprehensively prepare the establishment of an infectious unit and carry out the actions specified for it. This will translate into mitigating the health and social consequences of the epidemic due to improved conditions and accessibility of Patients.The investment plans to carry out the necessary construction works, installation works, purchase of the necessary medical equipment and equipment. The costs of investor supervision, replacement investor and indirect costs were also taken into account in the material scope. The property will be adapted for people with disabilities. The equipment and installation materials used will meet the requirements for health care facilities. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy 32łóżkowego Oddziału Chirurgii Urazowej, Ortopedii i Rehabilitacji. Projekt stanowi rozwinięcie projektu Rozwój Krakowskiego Centrum Rehabilitacji i Ortopedii w celu poprawy efektywności i organizacji systemu ochrony zdrowia realizowanego ze środków RPO. Zasadne jest kontynuowanie rozwoju szpitala o nowoczesną, podnoszącą standard i bezpieczeństwo epidemiologiczne i sanitarne infrastrukturę oddziału jako zaplecze niezbędne dla nowo wybudowanej części obejmującej m.in. 3 łóżka intensywnego nadzoru i 4 łóżka obserwacyjne na Oddziale Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii. Sąsiadujące ze sobą oddziały zapewnią właściwe zaplecze w kontekście pandemii COVID19.W dobie pandemii COVID19 inwestycja uwzględnia wzrost potencjału szpitala w tym zakresie, poprzez utworzenie 5 sal septycznych, posiadające specjalne śluzy zgodne z standardem oddziału zakaźnego oraz możliwość zaadaptowania w krótkim czasie pozostałych sal całego oddziału na oddział covidowy dodatkowo funkcjonalne komunikacyjne sąsiedztwo Oddziału Anestezjologii i Intensywnej Terapii. Istotne ma znaczenie aby budynek był na tyle samodzielny aby spełniać kryteria oddziału zakaźnego dla pacjentów. Inwestycja w kontekście pandemii COVID19 umożliwia dla szpitala przygotowanie w szybki i kompleksowy sposób utworzenie oddziału zakaźnego i realizować działania dla niego określone. Będzie to miało przełożenie na łagodzenie skutków zdrowotnych i społecznych epidemii z uwagi na poprawę warunków i dostępności Pacjentów.W ramach inwestycji planowane jest wykonanie niezbędnych robót budowlanych, instalacyjnych, zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia i sprzętu medycznego. W zakresie rzeczowym uwzględniono również koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego, inwestora zastępczego, koszty pośrednie. Obiekt będzie przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych.
