The aim of the intervention to be implemented in the project is to protect and integrate people fleeing the war in Ukraine, who have arrived in Poland since 24 February this year. (including children), through comprehensive support for early crisis intervention services in the period from 01.06.2022 to 31.05.2023.Activities will be targeted at people fleeing the war in Ukraine who arrived in Poland from 24 February this year, which are the target group in the project. Supporting the process of protection and integration of the persons indicated above in Poland will be carried out on many levels, in particular through such activities as: providing legal, psychological assistance, employment of a Ukrainian language/translator, providing an integration assistant who develops an individual path of social integration supporting in contacts with institutions and situations of everyday life, organising and financing courses, training/workshops or other forms of education, including learning Polish, organisation of child and youth care, person requiring support in everyday functioning, adaptive courses and purchase vouchers to meet basic life needs. The selection of forms of support will be individual in terms of the needs of individual project participants. The project will help to alleviate the problems diagnosed by intervention aimed at individuals and families who need support at the moment due to the crisis situation in which they find themselves. The result of the project will be the support of 68 people fleeing the war in Ukraine, who arrived in Poland since February 24, 2022. (English)

    Celem interwencji przewidzianej do realizacji w projekcie jest ochrona oraz integracja osób uciekających przed wojną w Ukrainie, które przybyły do Polski od 24 lutego br. (w tym dzieci), poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie usług wczesnej interwencji kryzysowej w okresie od 01.06.2022r. do 31.05.2023r.Działania będą skierowane do osób uciekających przed wojną w Ukrainie, które przybyły do Polski od 24 lutego br., stanowiących grupę docelową w projekcie. Wspieranie procesu ochrony i integracji wskazanych powyżej osób na terenie Polski realizowane będzie na wielu płaszczyznach w szczególności poprzez takie działania jak: zapewnienia pomocy prawnej, psychologicznej, zatrudnienia osoby posługującej się językiem ukraińskim/ tłumacza, zapewnienia asystenta integracyjnego opracowującego indywidualną ścieżkę integracji społecznej wspierającego w kontaktach z instytucjami i sytuacjami życia codziennego, organizowania i finansowania kursów, szkoleń/warsztatów lub innych form kształcenia, w tym nauki języka polskiego, organizacja opieki nad dzieckiem i młodzieżą, osobą wymagającą wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, kursy adaptacyjne oraz bony zakupowe na zaspokojenie podstawowych potrzeb życiowych. Dobór form wsparcia będzie miał charakter indywidualny pod kątem potrzeb poszczególnych uczestników projektu. Projekt przyczyni się do załagodzenia zdiagnozowanych problemów poprzez interwencję skierowaną do osób i rodzin, które wymagają wsparcia w danym momencie z powodu sytuacji kryzysowej, w jakiej się znaleźli. Rezultatem projektu będzie wsparcie 68 osób uciekających przed wojną w Ukrainie, które przybyły do Polski od 24 lutego 2022 r. (Polish)
