OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase in social competences and preparation for professional activity of 24 foster care pupils and increase the level of knowledge in the field of socio-financial education of children and young people at risk of social exclusion 8 educators/educators of foster care in the period from 01.04.2021 to 30.11.2022 DOCELOWE GROUPs: people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who require social activation before applying labour market instruments and services: people in foster care (p o -w) — 24 people and the environment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, whose participation is necessary to effectively support people at risk of poverty or social exclusion — 8 people. The project will carry out the following tasks: Task 1.Active integration, including social activation instruments: training of social competences and skills, workshops on social and financial skills, social activation instrument of a health character: psychotherapy, an educational instrument: individual compensatory classes, professional activation instrument: workshops with a professional advisor. TASK 2. Environmental activities. PRODUCTS & RESULTS: 24 people in foster care will be supported, with a social performance rate of 34 %. (English) | |||

CEL PROJEKTU: Wzrost kompetencji społecznych i przygotowanie do aktywności zawodowej 24 wychowanków pieczy zastępczej oraz zwiększenie poziomu wiedzy z zakresu edukacji społeczno - finansowej dzieci i młodzieży zagrożonej wykluczeniem społecznym 8 wychowawców/pedagogów pieczy zastępczej w okresie od 01.04.2021 r. do 30.11.2022 r. GRUPY DOCELOWE: osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które przed zastosowaniem instrumentów i usług rynku pracy wymagają aktywizacji społecznej: osoby przebywające w pieczy zastępczej ( p o -w) - 24 osoby oraz otoczenie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, których udział jest niezbędny do skutecznego wsparcia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - 8 osób. W projekcie zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania: ZADANIE 1.Aktywna integracja, obejmująca instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej: trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych, warsztaty kształtujące umiejętności społeczne i finansowe, instrument aktywizacji społecznej o charakterze zdrowotnym: psychoterapia, instrument o charakterze edukacyjnym: indywidualne zajęcia wyrównawcze, instrument aktywizacji zawodowej: warsztaty z doradcą zawodowym. ZADANIE 2. Działania środowiskowe. PRODUKTY I REZULTATY: 24 osoby osoby przebywające w pieczy zastępczej zostaną objęte wsparciem, wskaźnik efektywności społecznej wyniesie 34 %. (Polish)
