The aim of the project is to build a competitive advantage by implementing a new production process and launching the production of innovative systems for mounting photovoltaic panels in the form of a clamp for their attachment to the mounting rail on a flat roof and a slanted covered sheet on a standing seam. The above-mentioned product is the result of R & D works carried out by the Company and has been developed in response to market demand and problems reported by the market. The implementation of the project involves the acquisition of a machining center, which will enable the system components to be continuously processed, and the machine tool downtime will be eliminated. This will increase productivity and reduce the cost of producing finished items. As a result, the project will increase the competitiveness of the Company. The achievement of the objectives of the project will be ensured by the creation of a new job. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest budowanie przez Wnioskodawcę przewagi konkurencyjnej poprzez wdrożenie nowego procesu produkcyjnego oraz uruchomienie produkcji innowacyjnych systemów do montowania paneli fotowoltaicznych w postaci klem do ich mocowania do szyny montażowej na dachu płaskim i skośnym krytym blachą na rąbek stojący. W/w produkt stanowi rezultat prowadzonych przez Spółkę prac B+R i został opracowany w odpowiedzi na zapotrzebowanie rynkowe oraz problemy zgłaszane przez rynek. Realizacja projektu wiąże się z nabyciem centrum obróbczego, które umożliwi obróbkę elementów systemu w sposób ciągły, a czasy przestoju obrabiarki zostaną wyeliminowane. Pozwoli to na zwiększenie produktywności i redukcję kosztów wytworzenia gotowych elementów. W rezultacie projekt wpłynie na podniesienie konkurencyjności Spółki. Osiągnięcie celów projektu zostanie zapewnione dzięki utworzeniu nowego miejsca pracy. (Polish)
