The subject of the project is the adaptation of buildings after the former PKP station in Obrowo.The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Obrowo. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include revitalisation stakeholders, as they will benefit most from the implementation of the investment covered by this Proposal.The project will be implemented in Obrowo.The main problem identified in the project is the lack of adequate infrastructure necessary for the implementation of social projects.The main objective of the project is to create the right infrastructure necessary for the implementation of social projects. The implementation of the infrastructure project, which is the subject of this Proposal, is an investment necessary for the implementation of the planned social activities. Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja budynków po byłej stacji PKP w miejscowości Obrowo.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Obrowo. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Obrowo.Główny problem zidentyfikowany w projekcie to brak odpowiedniej infrastruktury niezbędnej do realizacji projektów społecznych.Głównym celem projektu jest stworzenie odpowiedniej infrastruktury niezbędnej do realizacji projektów społecznych. Realizacja projektu infrastrukturalnego, będącego przedmiotem niniejszego Wniosku jest inwestycją niezbędną do wykonania planowanych działań społecznych. Zakres rzeczowy i harmonogram realizacji projektu przedstawia się następująco:1. Roboty budowlane (budynek PKP) - branża budowlana: styczeń 2021-maj 20222.
