Main objective of the project: increase in the activity of 40 inactive residents/residents of the Lubuskie Voivodeship over 50 years of age, with low qualifications by enabling them to acquire competences or obtain professional qualifications and completed three-month professional internships from 01.11.2021 to 30.09.2022. Target Group (GD): 40 persons (including 28 K) meeting in total n/in the criteria at the time of participation: age > 50 years old. — m-ce residency: Lubuskie Voivodeship (according to the Civil Code) — meets the conditions to be recognised as an inactive person — low qualifications (= level of upper secondary education/sub-primary or lower) The project consists of the following activities: — development of Individual Action Plans — individual career guidance — vocational training — 3-month internships — job placement. The results of the project are to obtain: — professional qualifications or acquisition of competences by min. 24 participants/participants of the project (OP) i.e. 60 % — employment in the period up to 4 weeks from the date of completion of participation in the project by min. 17 people i.e. 42.5 % — employment efficiency ratio of 45 % (English) | |||

Cel główny projektu: wzrost aktywności zawodowej 40 biernych zawodowo mieszkańców/mieszkanek woj. lubuskiego powyżej 50 roku życia, posiadających niskie kwalifikacje poprzez umożliwienie im nabycia kompetencji bądź uzyskania kwalifikacji zawodowych i odbycie 3-miesięcznych staży zawodowych od 01.11.2021 r. do 30.09.2022 r. Grupa docelowa (GD): 40 osób (w tym 28 K) spełniających łącznie n/w kryteria w momencie przystąpienia do udziału: - wiek >50 r.ż. - m-ce zamieszkania: woj. lubuskie (zgodnie z kodeksem cywilnym) - spełnia przesłanki do uznania za osobę bierną zawodowo - niskie kwalifikacje (= poziom wykształcenia ponadgimnazjalny/ponadpodstawowy lub niższy) Projekt składa się z n/w działań: - opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania - indywid. poradnictwo zawodowe - szkolenia zawodowe - 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe - pośrednictwo pracy. Rezultaty projektu to uzyskanie: - kwalifikacji zawodowych lub nabycie kompetencji przez min. 24 uczestników/czek projektu (UP) tj. 60% - zatrudnienia w okresie do 4 tygodni od dnia zakończenia udziału w projekcie przez min. 17 osób tj. 42,5% - wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 45% (Polish)
