The main objective of the project is to increase professional competences or qualifications by 40 people with low qualifications (23K, 17M — including 5 ON and 3 people over 50 years), inactive at the age of 30 and more from the Lubuskie Voivodeship, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market. The aim of the project will be achieved through the implementation of career counselling, training, traineeships and placements. The target group is economically inactive (persons without work who are not registered in the county labour office as unemployed) with low qualifications. Support will mainly be granted to people in a particular situation on the labour market, i.e.: older people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, low-skilled people. The project is aimed exclusively at people from the Lubuskie Voivodeship (within the meaning of the Civil Code). (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 40 os. o niskich kwalifikacjach (23K, 17M – w tym 5 ON oraz 3 osoby powyżej 50 roku życia), biernych zawodowo w wieku 30 lat i więcej z terenu województwa lubuskiego pozostających w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację doradztwa zawodowego, szkoleń, staży i pośrednictwa pracy. Grupa docelowa to osoby bierne zawodowo (osoby pozostające bez pracy niezarejestrowane w powiatowym urzędzie pracy jako bezrobotne) o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wsparciem objęte zostaną przede wszystkim osoby znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób z obszaru województwa lubuskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego). (Polish)
