The aim of the project is to develop electronic public services in the municipality of Jelcz-Laskowice through the implementation of systems supporting the management and electronic communication and the launch of 45 e-services with a high degree of maturity. The subject of the project is the development of public e-services A2A, A2C and A2B in the municipality of Jelcz-Laskowice. The project involves the implementation of multi-module ICT systems and their integration with the ePUAP Public Administration Services Platform The project covers 4 tasks: 1. Implementation of supporting systems and public e-services — i.e. implementation of: 6 ICT systems; database software and 7 domain systems; 11 e-service modules, an application that provides compatibility with mobile devices and emergency notifications. The task also plans to make public sector information available, to complement ICT resources and to train staff. 2. Safety tests and educational activities 3. Preparation and management of the project 4. The project is addressed to residents, entrepreneurs, non-governmental organisations, educational institutions, administration and academia from within and outside the commune. The project is also addressed to employees of UMiG and UAE, whose work will become more effective by eliminating the traditional way of dealing with matters, reducing the time of providing services, streamlining manual activities, reducing the number of paper documents and eliminating mistakes made. The applicant, investor and beneficiary is the municipality of Jelcz-Laskowice. The entity implementing and incurring expenses in the project next to the Commune will also be its organizational unit, i.e. The Economic and Administrative Team (UA), in which the elements of the system will be implemented. The municipality is responsible for the entire project at all stages of implementation, will provide qualified staff and technical facilities, and guarantees institutional and financial sustainability (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest rozwój elektronicznych usług publicznych w Gminie Jelcz-Laskowice poprzez wdrożenie systemów wspomagających zarządzanie i komunikację elektroniczną oraz uruchomienie 45 e-usług o wysokim stopniu dojrzałości. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój e-usług publicznych A2A, A2C i A2B w Gminie Jelcz-Laskowice. Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wielomodułowych systemów teleinformatycznych oraz ich integracji z Platformą Usług Administracji Publicznej ePUAP Projekt obejmuje 4 zadania: 1. Wdrożenie systemów wspomagających i e-usług publicznych - tj. wdrożenie: 6 systemów teleinformatycznych; oprogramowania bazodanowego oraz 7 systemów dziedzinowych; 11 modułów e-usług, aplikacji zapewniającej kompatybilność z urządzeniami mobilnymi oraz powiadamiania o sytuacjach kryzysowych. W ramach zadania planowane jest również udostępnienie informacji sektora publicznego, uzupełnienie zasobów ICT oraz szkolenie pracowników. 2. Testy bezpieczeństwa i działania edukacyjne 3. Przygotowanie i zarządzanie projektem 4. Działania promocyjne Projekt adresowany jest do mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców, organizacji pozarządowych, placówek oświatowych, administracji i środowiska akademickiego z terenu jak i spoza obszaru Gminy. Projekt adresowany jest także do pracowników UMiG i ZEA, których praca stanie się bardziej efektywna poprzez wyeliminowanie tradycyjnego sposobu załatwiania spraw, skrócenie czasu świadczenia usług, usprawnienie czynności manualnych, zmniejszenie ilości dokumentów papierowych i wyeliminowanie popełnianych błędów. Wnioskodawcą, inwestorem, beneficjentem jest Gmina Jelcz-Laskowice. Podmiotem realizującym i ponoszącym wydatki w projekcie obok Gminy będzie także jej jednostka organizacyjna tj. Zespół Ekonomiczno-Administracyjny (ZEA), w którym zostaną wdrożone elementy systemu. Gmina odpowiada za całość projektu na wszystkich etapach realizacji, zapewni wykwalifikowany personel oraz zaplecze techniczne, gwarantuje również trwałość instytucjonalną i finansową (Polish)
