The aim of the project is to increase the active social and professional attitude of 45 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, not in employment, adults, living in the area of LSR in Grudziądz by participating in an individualised social, health and occupational activation programme until 30.06.2022.The main outputs and results to be achieved through the implementation of the project:(a) the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme — 45 persons, b) the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by a social service (45 persons) and work (44 persons), C) social performance ratio -75 %,d) employment efficiency rate for persons with disabilities — 12 %, and for others — 25 %,e) the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion:- who acquired qualifications or acquired competences after leaving the programme — 32,- jobseekers after leaving the programme — 23,- working after leaving the programme (including self-employed persons) — 10.The target group of the project is 45 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, adults living in Grudziądz, who do not work, who need social activation before applying labour market instruments and services.Tasks that will be carried out as part of the project: Task 1 — Social activation, Task 2 — Professional activation.Project submitted to the LAG competition 1/K/2021. The project is part of the project defined in the LSR: 1.2.1 Social and occupational activation of residents covered by the LSR (Type 1d and 1e SZOOP — Projects of other LAGs). The project concerns tpu: Actions in favour of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in implementing solutions in the area of active inclusion with an environmental nature such as socio-professional activation (including training that improves competences and/or gives new skills to include and community). 449 897,50 zł (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywnej postawy społecznej i zawodowej 45 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, niepracujących, dorosłych, zamieszkujących na terenie LSR w Grudziądzu dzięki udziałowi w zindywidualizowanym programie aktywizacji społecznej, zdrowotnej i zawodowej do 30.06.2022 r.Główne produkty i rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte dzięki realizacji projektu:a) liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie - 45 osób,b) liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługą o charakterze społecznym (45 osób) i zawodowym (44 osoby),c) wskaźnik efektywności społecznej -75%,d) wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 12%, a dla pozostałych osób - 25%,e) liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym:- które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 32,- poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 23,- pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 10.Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 45 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, dorosłych, mieszkających na terenie Grudziądza, niepracujących, które przed zastosowaniem instrumentów i usług rynku pracy wymagają aktywizacji społecznej.Zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu:Zadanie 1 - Aktywizacja społeczna,Zadanie 2 - Aktywizacja zawodowa.Projekt złożony w odp. na konkurs LGD 1/K/2021. Projekt wpisuje się w przedsięwzięcie określone w LSR: 1.2.1 Aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa mieszkańców objętych LSR (Typ 1d i 1e SZOOP - PROJEKTY PODMIOTÓW INNYCH NIŻ LGD). Projekt dotyczy tpu: Działania na rzecz osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w zakresie wdrożenia rozwiązań z obszaru aktywnej integracji o charakterze środowiskowym takie jak aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa(w tym szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje i/lub dające nowe umiejętności zaw. i społ.).Wartość projektu: 449 897,50 zł (Polish)
