The subject of the project is the construction of a road for bicycles in the commune of Chełmża. The beneficiary of the project discussed in this Application is the Commune of Chełmża. It is worth noting that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include road users for bicycles, as they will benefit most from the investment covered by this Proposal. The main problem that has been identified is the high emission of toxic exhaust components. The main objective of the project is to reduce the emission of toxic exhaust components.The material scope of the investment together with the work schedule includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa drogi dla rowerów na terenie Gminy Chełmża. Beneficjentem projektu omawianego w niniejszym Wniosku jest Gmina Chełmża. Warto zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć użytkowników drogi dla rowerów, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku. Główny problem jaki został zidentyfikowany to wysoka emisja toksycznych składników spalin. Główny cel realizacji projektu to zmniejszenie emisji toksycznych składników spalin.Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji wraz z harmonogramem prac obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. Rozbudowa DW nr 551 Strzyżawa – Unisław – Wąbrzeźno poprzez budowę drogi rowerowej na odcinku Zelgno – Pluskowęsy: 01.2021 - 11.20212. Wykup gruntów: 06.2020 - 12.20203.
