The project involves the creation of two daily support facilities: THE COMMON ROOM AND THE SENIOR CLUB. Common room — is the establishment and operation of 25 places in a daily support facility for children and young people in accordance with Article 24. 1 paragraph 1 of the UOWRiPZ and RMPiPS of 13.10.2015 on the premises and sanitary requirements to be met by the premises in which the daily support facility is to be operated. 25 new places will be created in the common room, including 15 for children and young people and 10 places for parents/caregivers, as the development of services supporting the family in the proper performance of its functions, including preventive measures to limit the placement of children in foster care. The facility will operate 3x a week after 4 hours. 10 parents in the form of social work, support groups and parental workshops will be supported as part of the facility’s activities. Offer of social services: among others: care and upbringing, assistance in learning, support of educator, psychologist, social work, organisation of leisure time, play and sports activities and development of interests. SENIORA Club — is the creation and operation of 20 new places to provide social services, to integrate and activate society and to meet the cultural, educational and care needs of the elderly as a prevention and prevention of the placement of older people in institutional care. The establishment and activities of the club will respond to the diagnosed needs of older people indicated in the GSRPS for the years 2021-2030 for older people are actions that comprehensively improve the lives of seniors, which we will do by creating conditions for meeting the needs of older people, with disabilities and diseases. The Senior Club will operate 3x per week (i.e. 2x after 3h and 1x 5h). The offer of services will include: among others: care, social work, psychologist support, organisation of leisure time, occupational therapy and cultural and educational events. (English)

    Projekt zakłada utworzenie dwóch placówek wsparcia dziennego: ŚWIETLICY ORAZ KLUBU SENIORA. ŚWIETLICA – to utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 25 miejsc w placówce wsparcia dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży zgodnie z art. 24. pkt. 1 ust.1 UOWRiPZ oraz RMPiPS z dnia 13.10.2015 r. w sprawie wymagań lokalowych i sanitarnych, jakie musi spełniać lokal, w którym ma być prowadzona placówka wsparcia dziennego. W świetlicy zostanie utworzonych 25 nowych miejsc w tym 15 dla dzieci i młodzieży i 10 miejsc dla rodziców/opiekunów, jako rozwój usług wspierających rodzinę w prawidłowym pełnieniu jej funkcji , w tym działań profilaktycznych mających ograniczyć umieszczenie dzieci w pieczy zastępczej. Placówka będzie działała 3x w tygodniu po 4h. W ramach działania placówki wsparciem zostanie objętych 10 rodziców w formie pracy socjalnej, grup wsparcia i warsztatów rodzicielskich. Oferta usług społecznych: m.in.: opieka i wychowanie, pomoc w nauce, wsparcie wychowawcy, psychologa, pracę socjalną, organizację czasu wolnego, zabawę i zajęcia sportowe oraz rozwój zainteresowań. KLUB SENIORA – to utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 20 nowych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, w celu integracji i aktywizacji społecznej oraz zaspokajania potrzeb kulturalno-oświatowych i opiekuńczych osób starszych jako profilaktyka i zapobieganie umieszczeniu osób starszych w opiece instytucjonalnej. Utworzenie oraz działania klubu będą odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby osób starszych wskazane w GSRPS na lata 2021-2030 w odniesieniu do osób starszych są działania, które kompleksowo wpływają na poprawę życia seniorów, czego dokonamy poprzez stwarzanie warunków zaspokajania potrzeb ludzi starszych, z niepełnosprawnościami i chorobami. Klub Seniora będzie działał 3x w tygodniu (tj. 2x po 3h i 1x 5h). Oferta usług świadczonych będzie obejmowała: m.in.: opiekę, pracę socjalną, wsparcie psychologa, organizację czasu wolnego, terapię zajęciową oraz wydarzenia kulturalno-edukacyjne. (Polish)
