WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKI ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO W OLSZTYNIE

Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 40 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego, którym sprawowanie opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 uniemożliwia podjęcie pracy (są aktualnie bezrobotni lub przebywają na urlopach wychowawczych). Projekt przewiduje zrefundowanie 80% kosztów skorzystania z zewnętrznej opieki nad dziećmi wszystkim uczestnikom (w żłobku, klubie dziecięcym, u dziennego opiekuna lub u niani), przez okres do 12 miesięcy i do ukończenia przez dziecko 3 roku życia. Zapewnienie w ten sposób odciążenia rodziców w obowiązku osobistego sprawowania opieki nad potomstwem, umożliwi uwolnienie ich potencjału i szybszy powrót na stanowisko pracy lub podjęcie działań na rzecz jej znalezienia lub utrzymania. Dodatkowo, wszyscy uczestnicy zostaną objęci wsparciem aktywizacyjnym (od poradnictwa zawodowego, poprzez kursy i/lub staże, do pośrednictwa pracy), co ułatwi im wejście na rynek pracy. Rekrutacja uczestników odbywać się będzie w ramach zamkniętych naborów, od września 2022, do wyczerpania środków finansowych. Zakłada się, że co najmniej 24 uczestników znajdzie pracę lub będzie jej aktywnie poszukiwało po udziale w projekcie. Realizacja projektu zakończy się w listopadzie 2023 roku. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen employment opportunities on the labour market of a group of 40 inhabitants of the Olsztyn sub-region, whose care for children up to 3 years makes it impossible to take up work (they are currently unemployed or on parental leave). The project provides for the reimbursement of 80 % of the costs of using external childcare to all participants (in the nursery, children’s club, day caregiver or nanny), for a period of up to 12 months and until the child reaches the age of 3 years. In doing so, ensuring that parents are relieved of the burden of personal care of their offspring, will enable them to unleash their potential and to return to work more quickly or to take measures to find or maintain them. In addition, all participants will receive activation support (from career guidance, through courses and/or traineeships, to placement), which will facilitate their entry into the labour market. Recruitment of participants will take place as part of closed calls, from September 2022, until the financial resources are exhausted. It is assumed that at least 24 participants will find a job or will actively seek it after participation in the project. The project will be completed in November 2023. (English)
