Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród 130 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29r.ż, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskie (66K/64M) znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.os. po 50 r. ż.(min.10), kobiety (min. 66), os. z niepełnospr.( min.5), os. dł. bezrob.(min. 45), os. z niskimi kwalifik.( min. 39), os., które utraciły zatrudnienie wskutek COVID-19 (min. 39), os. spraw. opiekę oraz inne wymienione w gr. doc. Gł. rez. proj. będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: - co najmniej 44,3% os. w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym: osoby w wieku 50+, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. dł. bezrobotne, os. z niskimi kwalifikacjami, imigranci, reemigranci); - co najmniej 60,4% pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup.Proj.zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej na w/w poziomie. Gr. docelowa zawarta w celu proj. Dla każdego z UP przedstaw. konkretnej formy wsparcia poprzedzi Identyfik. potrzeb, oraz IPD. Zadania realizowane w ramach proj.: poradnictwo zawod., pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenia, staże,refundacja kosztów wyposażenia (…). Kwota dofinansowania wynosi 1 890 007,20PLN, wkład własny 283 501,20PLN. Projekt realizow. będzie w okresie od 01.01.2022r do 30.06.2023r. na obszarze powiatu koneckiego. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase activity and employment among 130 unemployed people over 29, registered in PUP in Końskie (66K/64M) in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. persons after 50 years of age (min.10), women (min. 66), persons with disabilities (min.5), persons with unemployment (min. 45), persons with low qualifications (min. 39), persons who have lost their employment as a result of COVID-19 (min. 39), care cases and others mentioned in the report will be employed by: at least 44.3 % of the most vulnerable people (including: persons aged 50+, women, persons with disabilities, long unemployed, low-skilled people, immigrants, re-emigrants); at least 60.4 % of other non-members.The project assumes that employment performance indicators are achieved at the above-mentioned level. Target Gr. concluded for the purpose of project. For each of the UPs, present a specific form of support will be preceded by Identification. needs, and IPD. Tasks carried out as part of the project: career counseling, job placement, training, traineeships, compensation for equipment costs (...). The grant amount is PLN 1 890 007,20, with own contribution of 283 501,20PLN. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2022 to 30.06.2023 in the area of Konecki district. (English)
