The aim of the project is to increase, within the period from 01.01.2022 to 30.06.2023, in cooperation with the economic environment, the quality of vocational education in the Schools of Gastronomy in Łódź (ZSG), aimed at adapting vocational education and training courses in ZSG to the regional labour market and increasing the employability of the institution (55K/45M) among 100 students, through increasing the competence/qualification of 24n-li(20K/4M) vocational training, adaptation and retrofitting of school studios and through the organisation for students: internships, additional classes in the scope of: cuisine of the world, catering (including cat.B driving licenses and advice on setting up and running their own catering company), waitership, bartending and additional external courses in the field of Sushi, Barista, Barista Fushion,Food Design, Waiter Academy raising the competence/vocational qualifications of 100 students (55K/45M).The target group is constituted by ZSG in Łódź (within which the Technikum and Industry School of 1st degree) of its 100 students (55K/45M) and 24n-li professional training(20K/4M), among others:*Number of vocational training and practical vocational training instructors who obtained qualifications or acquired competence after leaving the programme:24(20K/4M);*Number of pupils of schools and vocational training institutions participating in traineeships and apprenticeships upracodawcy:100(55K/45M);*Number of pupils supported in the field of competence development zawodowych:100(55K/45M)*Number of pupils supported in obtaining additional qualifications increasing their employability: 16(10K/6M)In cooperation with the socio-economic environment, the implementation of 7 tasks, wtym:specjalistycznych,kursów,szkoleń developing competences/professional qualifications of pupils; organisation of traineeships for pupils; improvement of n-li competences; modernisation and retrofitting of school studios/workshops.
