Celem głównym projektu jest umożliwianie 32 opiekunom prawnym dzieci do lat 3 z obszaru gminy wiejskiej Garwolin powrotu do aktywności zawodowej (12 os. bez zatrudnienia 10K i 2M), a także godzenie życia zawodowego i prywatnego osobom pracującym (20 os. 16K i 4M), poprzez utworzenie 32 miejsc opieki w nowotworzonym żłobku w gm. Garwolin - cel zostanie osiągnięty do 31.05.2023 r. Projekt dotyczy typu projektu nr 1 wskazanego w Regulaminie konkursu, czyli „Tworzenie i funkcjonowanie nowych miejsc opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3, w formie żłobków (m.in. przyzakładowych) lub klubów dziecięcych i opiekuna dziennego oraz dostosowanie już istniejących miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami”. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację dwóch zadań merytorycznych: 1. Prace przygotowawcze do uruchomienia żłobka; 2. Sprawowanie opieki nad dziećmi w żłobku. Wnioskodawca zamierza osiągnąć zaplanowane wskaźniki rezultatu i produktu, w tym m.in.: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami [1 szt.]; Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 [32 szt.]; Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie [32 osób]. W projekcie weźmie udział: 12 osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osób, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopie wychowawczym w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. – Kodeks pracy oraz 20 osób pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Proj. spełnia kryt. merytor. szczegółowe:1, 3 i 7. Projekt skierowany jest do grup docelowych z obszaru woj. mazowieckiego - gm. wiejskiej Garwolin (w przypadku os. fizycznych są to osoby, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują one na obszarze woj. mazowieckiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC, w pozostałych przypad. są to podmioty posiadające jednostkę organizacyjną na obszarze woj. maz. The main objective of the project is to enable 32 legal guardians of children up to 3 years old from the area of Garwolin rural commune to return to work (12 persons without employment 10K and 2M), as well as to reconcile work and private life of people working (20 pers. 16K and 4M), by creating 32 places of care in the newly created nursery in Garwolin — the objective will be achieved by 31 May 2023. The project concerns the type of project No. 1 indicated in the rules of the competition, i.e. “Creating and functioning of new places of care for children up to 3 years, in the form of nurseries (e.g. nurseries) or children’s clubs and day caregivers and adapting existing places to the needs of children with disabilities”. As part of the project, two substantive tasks are planned: 1. Preparatory work for the start-up of the nursery; 2. Taking care of children in the nursery. The applicant intends to achieve the planned result and output indicators, including, inter alia: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities [1 pcs.]; Number of childcare facilities set up for children up to 3 years [32 pcs]; Number of people looking after children up to 3 years of age supported by the scheme [32]. The project will be attended by: 12 unemployed or inactive persons who are out of the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labour Code and 20 persons working, providing care for children up to 3 years. The project meets the detailed criteria:1, 3 and 7. The project is addressed to target groups from the area of Mazowieckie — rural Garwolin (in the case of physical persons, they are people who learn, work or reside in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship area within the meaning of the CC regulations, in the other cases they are entities having an organisational unit in the area of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
