As demonstrated by the conducted energy audit of the building in order to ensure appropriate standards of energy efficiency, as well as to improve the quality of science and working conditions, it is necessary to carry out thermomodernisation works to reduce the costs associated with maintaining the facility, including modernisation of the heating system with the use of RES in the form of air heat pumps. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building in the School-Preschool Complex in Targoszyn through comprehensive energy modernisation including thermomodernisation of the facility, modernisation of the heat source through the installation of an air heat pump together with a system managed energy and installation of PV installations. An air heat pump will be a source of heat for the primary school building. Replacement of radiators, installation of thermostatic valves, replacement of pipes and installation of insulation as well as modernisation of the cooling system, modernisation of the ventilation system, replacement of doors and new windows with a heat transfer coefficient of not more than 0.9 W/m2K together with installation of vents will be carried out. Pipelines will be replaced, energy efficient circulating pumps and VRF system — heating/cooling will be installed. The so-called fastener will be insulated with mineral wool. As a result of the thermomodernisation works, the amount of thermal energy saved will be 425.20 GJ/year. The measures used will save heat demand at the level of 77.4 %, i.e. above 25 %. The building will use an energy management system: automatic control of the heat pump system through a weather sensor located on the wall of the building, sensors inside the building and an internal temperature controller and thermostatic valves. The project includes an educational component, including training users in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, information materials, classes for students and an information board. Jak wykazał przeprowadzony audyt energetyczny budynku dla zapewnienia właściwych standardów efektywności energetycznej, jak również podniesienia jakości nauki oraz warunków pracy, niezbędne jest przeprowadzenie prac termomodernizacyjnych umożliwiających obniżenie kosztów związanych z utrzymaniem obiektu, w tym modernizacje systemu grzewczego z zastosowaniem OZE w postaci powietrznych pompy ciepła. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku w Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym w Targoszynie poprzez kompleksową modernizację energetyczną obejmującą termomodernizację obiektu, modernizację źródła ciepła poprzez montaż powietrznej pompy ciepła wraz z systemem zarządzana energią oraz montaż instalacji PV. Powietrzna pompa ciepła, stanowić będzie źródło ciepła dla budynku szkoły podstawowej. Przeprowadzona zostanie wymiana grzejników, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, wymiana rur i montaż izolacji oraz modernizacja systemu cwu, modernizacja systemu wentylacji, wymiana drzwi oraz nowe okna o współczynniku przenikania ciepła nie większym niż 0,9 W/m2K wraz z montażem nawiewników. Wymianie ulegną rurociągi, zamontowane zostaną energooszczędne pompy obiegowe oraz układ VRF - ogrzewanie/chłodzenie. Stropodach tzw. łącznika zostanie ocieplony wełna mineralną. W wyniku podjętych prac termomodernizacyjnych ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej wyniesie 425,20 GJ/rok. Zastosowane działania umożliwią oszczędność zapotrzebowania ciepła na poziomie 77,4%, czyli powyżej 25%. W budynku zastosowany zostanie system zarządzania energią: automatyczne sterowanie pracą układu pompy ciepła poprzez czujnik pogodowy umiejscowiony na ścianie budynku, czujniki wewnątrz budynku oraz wewnętrzny regulator temperatury i zawory termostatyczne. Projekt obejmuje komponent edukacyjny obejmujący m.in. przeszkolenie użytkowników w zakresie obsługi systemu ogrzewania, wentylacji, klimatyzacji, zapewnione zostaną materiały informacyjne,zajęcia dla uczniów oraz tablica informacyjna.
