The project is aimed at a group of 249 children(132K/117M), 120 parents (90K/30M) and 19 teachers(19K) from the Gm.Człuchów area.The aim of the project is to equalise educational opportunities and reduce inequalities in access to pre-school education by increasing additional 17 permanent PLO places in Barków and expanding the additional offer of additional activities supporting the development and education of children in the Barkowo PLO, Stołczno,Rychnowy,Polnica,Wierzchowo Dworzec i Ględowo based on the results of the diagnosis of pre-school education approved by Order No 18/2021 of 29.01.2021,covering the actual and projected demand for pre-school services in the rural commune in the next three years.The specific objective of the project: until 30.08.2021, increasing the permanent number of places for 17 children.(indicatively with a breakdown of 10 girls, 7 boys) from the year 2017 and 2018, including for children with disabilities,-in the period from 01.09.2021-31.10.2022. ensuring the sustainable development of 132K/117M through the implementation of additional activities equalising educational opportunities, and universal skills necessary on the labour market, — conducting additional activities to compensate for the identified deficits.Project tasks:1)Adaptation of buildings and premises, 2)Purchase and installation of equipment and ongoing maintenance of PLO Barkowo for no longer than 12 months, 3)purchase of didactic aids and ICT tools.4)construction,equipment and installation of a playground along with a safe surface and fence,7)extension of cooperation with parents through the implementation of workshops in the field of support of the child’s parent with identified deficit in order to increase awareness about the benefits of pre-school education,8)improving the professional competences of teachers, 9) educational activities developing key competences. The project will lead to a 7.33 % increase in the number of children supported in Gm.Człuchów as part of pre-school education. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 249 dzieci(132K/117M), 120 rodziców (90K/30M) i 19 nauczycieli(19K)z terenu Gm.Człuchów.Celem projektu jest wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i zmniejszenie nierówności w dostępie do wychowania przedszkolnego poprzez zwiększenie dodatkowych 17 trwałych miejsc OWP w Barkowie oraz rozszerzenia oferty zajęci dodatkowych wspomagające rozwój i edukację dzieci w OWP Barkowo,Stołczno,Rychnowy,Polnica,Wierzchowo Dworzec i Ględowo w oparciu o wyniki diagnozy edukacji przedszkolnej zatwierdzonej Zarządzeniem Wójta nr 18/2021 z dn.29.01.2021r.,obejmującej faktyczne oraz prognozowane zapotrzebowanie na usługi przedszkolne na terenie wiejskiej gminy w perspektywie kolejnych 3-lat.Celem szczegółowe projektu:do 30.08.2021r. zwiększenie trwałej liczby miejsc dla 17 dzieci.(orientacyjnie z podziałem 10 dziewczynek,7 chłopców)z rocznika 2017 i 2018,w tym dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością,-w okresie od 01.09.2021r.-31.10.2022r. zapewnienie zrównoważonego rozwoju 132K/117M poprzez realizację dodatkowych zajęć wyrównujących szanse edukacyjne,oraz umiejętności uniwersalne niezbędne na rynku pracy,-prowadzenie dodatkowych zajęć wyrównujących stwierdzone deficyty.Zadania projektu:1)Adaptacja budynków i pomieszczeń,2)Zakup i montaż wyposażenia oraz bieżące utrzymanie OWP Barkowo przez okres nie dłuższy niż 12 miesięcy,3)zakup pomocy dydaktycznych oraz narzędzi TIK.4)budowa,wyposażenie i montaż placu zabaw wraz z bezpieczną nawierzchnią i ogrodzeniem,7)poszerzenie współpracy z rodzicami poprzez realizację warsztatów w zakresie wsparcia rodzica dziecka ze stwierdzonym deficytem celem wzrostu świadomości na temat korzyści płynących z edukacji przedszkolnej,8)doskonalenie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli, 9)zajęcia edukacyjne rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe. Poprzez realizację projektu nastąpi wzrost liczby dzieci objętych wsparciem w Gm.Człuchów w ramach edukacji przedszkolnej o 7,33%.
