Cel:utworzenie until the end of 02.2022 and maintenance for a minimum of 24 months after completion of the project 10 new pre-school places for children with disabilities, 2.5-6-year-olds (5K) and improvement of the quality of childcare in the newly created institution (extending the scope of additional activities, increasing the competences/qualifications of teachers). TARGET GROUP: 1. 10 children (5 girls/5 boys) who, on the day of joining the project, will meet the following cumulative criteria: ●age of 2.5-6 years ● residing in the rural commune Damnica, Dębnica Kaszubska, Główczyce, Kobylnica, Poweręgowo, Smołdzino, Słupsk or Ustka (according to the Civil Code) ● the status of a child with a disability (disability decision/SPE); 2. 4 teachers ● employed in the kindergarten supported under the project ● residing in the Pomeranian Voivodeship within the meaning of the Act: 1. Adaptation and equipment of the pre-school building; 2. The launch of 10 new pre-school facilities for children with disabilities and funding of the places created for 12 months, implementation of pre-school care; 3. Implementation of additional classes for all 10 children under the care of the kindergarten (meetings with a speech therapist, hypotherapy,EEG Biofeedback, sensory integration, dogotherapy); 4. Improving the qualifications/competences of teachers in conducting additional classes (sensory integration). RESULTS: 1. Creation and maintenance for at least 24 months after completion of the project of 10 preschool places for children with disabilities in the municipality of Damnica, including for 5 girls; 2. Adaptation of the building to the needs of pre-school education, including accessibility for children with disabilities; 3. Inclusion of 10 preschool children with additional activities of the scope consistent with the diagnosis of the applicant’s needs; 4. Acquisition by pre-school teachers of qualifications/competences in the field of conducting part of the additional classes. (English) | |||

CEL:utworzenie do końca 02.2022 i utrzymanie przez minimum 24 miesiące po zakończeniu projektu 10 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością, 2,5-6-letnich (5K) oraz poprawa jakości opieki nad dziećmi w nowo utworzonej placówce (poszerzenie zakresu zajęć dodatkowych, podniesienie kompetencji/kwalifikacji nauczycieli). GRUPA DOCELOWA: 1. 10 dzieci (5 dziewczynek/5 chłopców), które w dniu przystąpienia do projektu spełnią łącznie niżej wymienione kryteria: ●wiek 2,5-6 lat ● zamieszkiwanie na terenie gminy wiejskiej Damnica, Dębnica Kaszubska, Główczyce, Kobylnica, Potęgowo, Smołdzino, Słupsk lub Ustka (zgodnie z kodeksem cywilnym) ● status dziecka z niepełnosprawnością (orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności/o SPE); 2. 4 nauczycieli ● zatrudnionych w przedszkolu objętym wsparciem w ramach projektu ● zamieszkałych w województwie pomorskim w rozumieniu kc.ZADANIA: 1. Adaptacja i wyposażenie budynku przedszkolnego; 2. Uruchomienie 10 nowych miejsc opieki przedszkolnej dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością i finansowanie utworzonych miejsc przez 12 miesięcy, realizacja opieki przedszkolnej; 3. Realizacja zajęć dodatkowych dla wszystkich 10 dzieci będących pod opieką przedszkola (spotkania z logopedą, hipoterapia,EEG Biofeedback, integracja sensoryczna, dogoterapia); 4. Podnoszenie kwalifikacji/kompetencji nauczycieli w zakresie prowadzenia zajęć dodatkowych (Integracja sensoryczna). REZULTATY: 1. Utworzenie i utrzymanie przez min. 24 miesiące po zakończeniu projektu 10 miejsc przedszkolnych dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnością na terenie gminy Damnica, w tym dla 5 dziewczynek; 2.
